I would've said something completely different a several years ago because they used to do a great job. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill a lot in recent years. I'm not sure if they're dealing with internal issues, but my own taxes have stayed stagnant, and I referred three or four people who all had the same disappointing experience. It's sad to see a business lose the reliability and care it once had. I would not recommend David Neiyer as tax professional! His repeated inattentiveness during consultations (evidenced by office distractions and failure to actively engaged), despite charging for his time and requests reminders from a client for basic duties! The verbal aggression displayed during. Clients retain the right to competent, respectful representation when navigating taxes from an accountant, and his  pattern of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable! Very disappointing experience. I paid him 300 and at the end due to his inappropriate conduct and aggressions had to get another accountant to file my tax! read more

I wish I had (-)5 stars to put here. The worst CPA company a person can take for himself. They are horrible. I ask them to submit an application for me on 10/21!!!! I'm eating for it for the last 14 months! Emailing them Alamo every month to hear an update. They needed to resubmit it and they lied to me saying the resubmit it on 6.22. 3 Miki Tha after I asked by the way. Now I see they sent me the 1st application which needed correction with my previous address. Such a bunch of losers! The company owner just yelled on me over the phone. Can you imagine you're the client and the person on the other line is actually yelling at you?!!!!!! Don't get near them. Waist of time. Only if you have a business of millions you'll get noticed there. David Neiar his a terrible person! And his employee Tomas even worse. They take your money! Don't send you receipts. Its 2022, and Ive been texting and calling my assigned accountant non stop with no response or reply for my 2020 taxes. Yes, that is correct.... 2020. I havent been in the states for work since December of 2021, otherwise Id be showing up in person. I was told I would get a response, a phone call and email.... months ago. Now when I call my accountant or text him (literally BLOW up his phone) I get no response. A month ago he said hed call me. All he has to do is send me an email to look it over before he finalizes it and sends it over to Uncle Sam. read more

My last email to David is below. He paid my taxes up to and in some cases, a year late--for three straight years. Because he was also receiving our mail so the fines and penalties just kept piling up until the IRS finally started sending them to our house. No one at his office ever told us. Read the insane email to me after I tried emailing him--because I needed an answer. FROM ME: David, We have 3 fines for: 2013 $2021 2014 $2460 2015 $1463 All three 990's were late. I am supposed to to send a letter: * explaining why they were filed late and ask for the penalties to be removed * explain the hardship on the org what steps we are taking to insure future compliance. I'm not sure what I tell them the reason was... I realize I was leaving this up to you, but these were really late. They were each due in May of those years. Can you help me with this?? I kept asking and Tomas kept telling me it was being taken care of. It apparently wasn't. Please help! Todd DAVID'S EMAIL: "I know I told u I was home very sick..
