ASHOKA! It certainly was, awful, the guy came out in a dirty tee shirt, showed us to our seats then we waited, and waited and waited for our drinks order to be taken( we were the only 4 people in the place.
At this point alarm were indeed ringing but it was raining outside so we persevered.
We ordered our food (4 drinks and 4 mains with sides) the service after this point was good and he brought us the usual salad, popadums and sauce. Things were looking up!
The mains came and it was dreadful, the sides didn't come, the chicken was pink the tikka masala I ordered was a Korma ( full on Korma too)
And when we questioned him he suddenly couldn't understand us ( he was fine 10 minutes earlier)
We battled on and was charged £96 for the privilege.
Awful Awful Awful. Avoid at all costs!. read more
