My wife and I purchased a three piece couch last week. The store salesman was pretty awesome and helpful in our selection of the couch. Unfortunately the delivery process has been less than desirable. We were slated to have the couch delivered on December 5th. We received a confirmation email on the 4th stating all pieces were ready for delivery and we would be contacted one hour prior to delivery. On the 5th, we received a call from the delivery guy stating he was an hour out, but only had 2 of the 3 pieces. He didn't know why or when the other piece would come in. We elected not to take a partial delivery and received 2 phone calls from Ashley about 5 min later. It was kinda weird they had different reasons, one stating the driver left before the third piece arrived the other said it was on back order. I was told the delivery would be rescheduled for Friday. It's now Friday and I had to call them to find out it's scheduled for next Thursday. I'm not sure why I have to wait an additional week and a half past the original delivery date, but it seems unsat that I have to follow up on it and I was told Friday. I can't say past the initial customer service, I can say good things. I would assume if an expected date is exceeded, the company would make an effort to expedite my order vs giving me a date they don't follow up on. I'm strongly considering requesting a refund. read more

Our family has made two rather large purchases at Ashley. The first was when my mother practically furnished her entire home. They have a great selection and the sales associates are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery of your order is what is causing them to lose so many stars. They completely fail in that regard. The first order we purchased we only received a portion of our order with no explanation as to why and just that they would call us to schedule the remainder of the order. It was more than a month later btw... and pretty close to the holidays which was a huge bummer. The second order also went well up to the delivery part of our experience. We purchased a brand new bedroom set for my son. I made it very clear to the sales associate how unhappy with how our last order went and that we were in no way willing to go through that again. Well, here we go again! Delivery was originally scheduled for August 6th. Rescheduled to the 16th. My mother just received a text rescheduling it to the 21st. This is inexcusable and they have lost our business entirely. Its sad that the delivery system is killing it for them. Its highly coincidental if its just me having this happen twice. read more

Employee was knowledgeable and the store is laid out nicely. My issue is the pressure by sales staff. Even if you let them know that you'll call them over when you need them, they constantly follow you around the store. I expressed my need for space and a hassle free experience and the saleswoman said she completely understood. Even so, about every 5 minutes, she would reappear to give her two cents or to point us somewhere else. Overall the furniture is fine, the knowledge is good, the prices are about par. I just need the hassle free experience and this place didn't have that. Also if your military, and judging by the towns demographics, chances are good. Come to Ashley to touch and feel the stuff. Then goto the furniture home store at the Bremerton NEX. You'll get the very same furniture for 20-30% cheaper AND without tax! We bought our living room set for roughly $700 cheaper than at the showroom. read more

Where do I start. Having been almost pounced upon when entering the door. harassed by sales people constantly. We found two set of couches We liked. As we were remodeling our family room they told us that it's normal to keep couches in the warehouse while doing that. Issues started to arrive when we had a phone call saying it's been discontinued. Now some 6 weeks earlier we paid cash for both sets. $4,600 which secured our order. Turns out they sold our couch to someone else. Now ours is discontinued they told us to choose another. Fat chance. Then they phoned around to find one. They did in Tacoma. But forgot to mention it was a floor model. They told us that they would give us a discount for the misinformation But id have to pay $191 for the Tacoma store to deliver. At the time If they told me it was floor model. I would have walked away. But they didn't. I paid the $191 reluctantly. Set up delivery for 10-12 noon window. Then I had a call at 11:30 telling me they are running a little late. Expecting them at 12:30pm. 1:30pm I got another call saying the same thing and for the inconvenience they would refund me $10. Lol. At 3pm I got a call from the driver telling me he's on his way to the warehouse to pick my furniture up. He's about 1 hour out. At 3:30pm they call again and say it's to heavy for the delivery guys to lift. So they can't get it to me. Then yet another call telling me that there are no porters to take it from the second floor of the show room. That went I realized it was a floor model. This company is so inept I wouldn't trust them to Run a bath. I was called by the store manager. But he insisted it not the normal issues. I got a full refund after going back to the store. Trust me that is the Last time I will ever set foot inside that store. Plus for an absolutely mad insult they sent a voucher for $100 off my next piece of furniture with them which I will not be usIng of course. I'd give this lot a negative star if I could. Don't go anywhere near this place. Check out all the negative reviews about delivery issues. So true now you can add mine to this exhausted list. Update! Wow! Wow! And another wow! Just received our mail ads in the post for the normal president day sale. would you believe it! The couch they told us was discontinued is now front and center of the ad! What a bunch of liars. Oh of course it's now a higher price. Even with their new discount of 15% off its $1870. We paid $1100. Before we got our money back. Do your due diligence on this company and don't get suckered in like we did. Also on there web site it still says discontinued... oops! looks like false advertising! Also strange how they haven't even offered an explanation to my experience on yelp! Guess there is no getting around it. Bad service is bad service. read more

Never order from this store I have gotten a run around for 8 months and still do not have all my items but getting charged for my head board that I never received and can not install my bedroom set until the head board is here so I'm still sleeping on the floor for the last 8 months still getting the run around and paying for items never received read more

Great experience in store and delivery! I do recommend Ashley and will buy from the company again.

I have been in 3 times and every time I've been in I got the best price from Lacey! She got me fitted for a mattress and now I'm sleeping on the best mattress I've ever had. read more

Honestly, I dont know how this place is still in business. Theres a surplus of employees ready to sell you something when you walk in but if you have any issues afterwards, delivery, service, etc there's no one available or they dont know. If you have the option to purchase from anywhere else, please save yourself the trouble and go with them. Just the process of getting my delivery, missing items, replaced broken item, and getting to speak to someone that can help has taken up way too much time and energy. The manager stated he would credit my account due to all the issues. That was 2 months ago, now can you guess who's never available or with a customer whenever I call? read more

VERY UPSET with Customer Service!!!! We shopped at Ashley Furniture in Silverdale on Saturday and purchased a living room set from Tiffany and her manager Ray. They were extremely friendly and professional. They told us that the next available delivery date was May 2nd (Tomorrow), they also told us that deliveries were possible until 7PM. We requested that our delivery be later in the day, but I could come home from work early, providing that it was after 4PM...we were assured that this would be no problem. We happily paid for our furniture, anticipating a Tuesday delivery and being able to enjoy our furniture. I received a text message this morning stating that our deliver was scheduled in the morning of May 2nd, I assumed there had been some mistake, as we were promised a no hassle afternoon/evening delivery. I phoned the number provided, 360-329-4026, I was connected to a woman who said that the information I was providing about time was impossible!! I asked to speak with her supervisor and was connected to Stephanie, who said that she was a manager for Ashley. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL manner. I merely told her what my issue was, she responded as if I am the dumbest person on the planet, she said that Ashley Furniture does not provide personalized customer service, What??? I am asking for an Afternoon delivery like I was promised, I am not asking for anything more than what I was promised!!!! Is it Ashley's policy to tell the customer whatever they want to hear to make a sale, then treat them like they are NOT important after you have their money???? That's how I feel. I am VERY UPSET, VERY Disappointed!!! Stephanie should be fired, she is a detriment to your company!!! I will be telling my 300 Facebook friends about this rude treatment and I will ask them to spread the word to their friends...this is a TRAVESTY and you should be ashamed. Loralee Davis read more

I will never buy from them again. I went in store and literally pointed out exactly what bed and mattress I wanted. The sales guy didn't put in the right code so I got the correct headboard but not the storage footboard and rails. This was the END OF JULY. 7/29/21 to be exact. The delivery date comes and the guys bring in the bed and mattress. They start setting it up, it's the same headboard so it looks correct. Once the footboard is brought in I know it happened again. I tell the delivery guys that it's supposed to have a storage drawer and they're missing a bunkie board. They said no these are the correct numbers on the order.. I asked why would there only be one twin sized bunkie board for a king sized bed.. they tell me to call the store and then they leave. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes and realized I could have driven to the store by then. So I drove to the store (still waiting for someone to answer the phone) park and someone finally answers. They try to help correct the order, I tell them I'm at the store and I'm going to double check the mattress is the correct one because it was still covered in plastic sitting against my bedroom wall. The mattress was correct. I talk to a lady at the customer service desk just to make sure they know everything that's going on. That I have a partially assembled incorrectly ordered bed and nothing to sleep on. Get back home a lady from the store calls and said she found a bunkie board in the warehouse if we could come pick it up. We did. It's twin sized but not and long as the one sent with the delivery but it works well enough to sleep on. Fast forward a couple weeks for the next delivery, different delivery guys, much nicer. They bring in the storage footboard, yay finally (I got happy too fast). They take apart the bed, take the wrong footboard to the truck, then try to put the bed back together. Oh no, wrong rails, they won't attach. THEY called the store this time, got connected right away. Talked to whoever and said the store would call me.. meanwhile they say they can't leave both footboards at my house so they take the storage one, the correct one, and put on the first one so I'd have a bed to sleep on. 2 WEEKS GO BY (I wanted to see when they'd actually call) I never hear from them I just get an email saying my delivery is set up for SEPT 4 (my birthday btw) I called, waited for someone to answer for 20 minutes and the lady tells me one piece is on back order til the 7th so I asked then are they really going to deliver on the 4th since they won't have all the pieces. Lady is silent. I tell her about last delivery. She said I guess we'll see. Sept 4 comes, no delivery, no call, nothing. I get an email saying my delivery is set up for Sept 10. It's sept 9 at 8:42am. I have to work tomorrow morning so I call to see if they call change the time since all the other delivery times have been 12:45-4:45. She says no. No one ever CALLED to see if these delivery dates would work for me only got emails saying when they would be. So who knows if they're actually going to deliver tomorrow. I HATE THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars you already know read more

Stay as far away from this company as you can.... in fact.... just forget they exist. Problems from the get go. Spent almost $10,000 worth of furniture and now I'm fighting to get back money for which they charged me for pieces I didn't take delivery of because they were so badly damaged. Delivery was a mess as well. They promise you pieces and then don't have them when the truck pulls up... and the trucks are almost always late. Customer Care will give you the run around and insist that you are the only one who is having problems with their company and that they do a thousand deliveries a day and rarely have complaints. I have yet to meet a real person who hasn't had an issue with them. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! read more

DO NOT SHOP this store. Regardless of want you want, the sales people will stalk you through the store hiding behind furniture and displays. I have been stalked around the store the last 3 times I visited. This last time I walked of a room to see the salesman who was at the front when I walked in following me. I told him not to follow me around the store he asked why I as being so rude. When I turned to walk out, he began to say things behind my back. ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUYING COUCHES FROM HERE OR ANYTHING!!!! Spread the word people, do not shop here!!! Do not purchase from this store. I should have read the yelp reviews before I went in. My boy friend and I were looking for a new sectional, and we had saved up some money to buy one. We went in for their labor day sale and saw that they had an awesome finance plan for the sale. We decided on a couch that was double what we saved and we were just going to finance the other half. My boyfriend applied for the financing and got approved for just a little less then what we needed. At that point we just decided that it wasn't for us, and we would find something cheaper than $3,000 that we could buy with cash. We told the guy helping us we weren't interested in going any further or buying anything on credit, so we left the store. Two days ago my boy friend got his "credit card" from Ashleys in the mail. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME.... Now let me make this short, after over 4 hours of dealing with the actual Ashley's store, Ashley's customer service and NOW the bank the credit card got opened with, we still don't have an answer. Considering we plan on buying a house in the next year, it's going to look AWESOME on my boy friends credit that we opened a line of credit then closed it two weeks later. Nothing but a pain in the butt for us, just for walking in to a store and seeing if we could get approved. We will never shop at a Ashley's again, and I will be telling EVERYONE I know about the problems this store caused us. read more

We've spent 10K on furniture for our new house and let me tell you how they don't give a crap after they get your debit card. let me list all the bullshit that we have dealt with on this company from when we bought in September! 1. they sent the wrong dresser for my son 2. they delivered a broken bed for my daughter and I had to take off another day of work for a new one. 3. they gave me a broken dresser. 4. the mattress we bought was different than what we ordered. 5. they brought in the wrong tv stand 6.management in store had us pick a new bed and schedule for return of the first mattress and delivery of our new one. On the day of delivery they called me (during the designated time) and told me they weren't coming when I took off work!!!! and we rescheduled it for the next weekend (dec 1) I call on that Friday because we hadn't heard anything and they told me it wasn't scheduled so she schedule it for December 2nd. All of a sudden on December 1 we are getting information about it apparently coming when we were told it was December 2 and had no way of getting to the delivery that day. I spoke with the manager Harley from the company who then called me back and told me that they will reschedule it for December 8th. well I call now to get a time for tomorrow and they are telling me its scheduled for December 10th. THOUGH NO ONE CALLED ME ABOUT IT. At this point I just want them to come pick up there damn mattress that they sent me and be done with this company. its been three months of hell dealing with this for how much money we've spent. and all they can say is " Oh when we told you that date it wasn't set in stone" WELL WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TELLING A CUSTOMER THEIR FURNITURE WILL BE THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY THEN CHANGE IT AND NOT CALL THEM. read more

If I could give 0- stars I would. We were in dire need of a couch after moving from out of state and having to part with most of our furniture. We went to Ashley telling them we need a couch ASAP. They said the soonest they are delivering is 6-8 weeks because everything is back ordered. We decided ok if that's the best we can do, let's choose a couch we like based on availability and delivery. We chose a couch we simply only liked based on the fact that it would be delivered on the earlier end of the 6-8 week timeline (it cost $1,500) We have waited 8 weeks, and it is now the week we are supposed to get it FINALLY, and we just received a call that not only is it not coming, but they can't deliver it until the fall! At which point we will have waited 5 months for a couch we picked only for fast delivery. 0/0 do not buy couch from here read more

One of the worst things I have ever done in my life was going to Ashley's. 3 months after I had the couches in my home they started to break down and I live by my self. I had them replaced ( that was a nightmare) and then 3 days after the warranty was up. I had the frame break in 3 places. Low and behold the company would not fix them. I would go to Basset in Tacoma. you pay more but you get a much better product and they always treat you right. Buyer beware of this place... They will screw you... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Rest assured that I will warn every military member that I can to avoid this place. Horrible Custer service once you have bought your furniture. If you need repairs to your furniture, good luck. Unresponsive and rude. We have been dealing with these people for over a year to have repairs. Finally get the guy to out home and he says he needs to order more parts. 3 weeks later and parts show up. Call to schedule service man and they say that the his first visit was the only free one and that was our courtesy visit, we will have to pay for him to come back out. These people drag things out until warranty expires then they pull the well your warranty is expired card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! read more

Okay, the first visit didn't go very well. When I called customer service, they told me that they would arrange for a manager to meet us a second time and help us pick our furniture (we'd already gotten some but my mom wasn't happy with the loveseat). My mom is elderly and it's extremely hard for her to find something she can sit on for lengthy periods of time. Albert (the manager who helped us) was patient with my mom and helped her find several pieces of furniture that fit her needs. He was personable, patient, and even pushed my mom's wheelchair so I could look around. I need to stress patient; it's not easy to please my mom. We ended up getting four pieces that we are both happy with. He also honored the discount we'd gotten on the first visit. We came away very pleased, having had an awesome experience, and really were very impressed the second time around. read more

Long time customers at Ashley Furniture, first time buying from this location. Recently purchased new tables & lamps to accompany my existing sofa (purchased from Ashley 8 years ago & still in great condition). They charged a delivery charge to deliver the tables to my home. Fine, but I will pick them up, instead. Oh? There is a "transfer charge" for the tables to come from another branch that is almost the same amount as the delivery? Just deliver the tables. Next, we waited 2 weeks from time of purchase to receive the lamps. Amazingly, no delivery available OR transfer fee applied. The first lamp out of the box was great with no problems. The second was barely unwrapped & we noticed there is a star * etched in to the finish of the lamp, on the front. Immediately checked the other lamp, nope not one there. So, I called the store. Apparently, I dialed the extension for nationwide customer service, instead of the store customer service. I sent pictures of the damage, while on the phone, then received approval to exchange the lamp. What I did not realize, at the time, was that I was exchanging for a floor model. But, as long as there is no damage, no big deal. Other than the comment made that normal "Protocol" would be to send a repair tech to the house, then wait for a decision to be made. So, at the end of this, I learned to ALWAYS check each and every box IN STORE before you take anything home, or let the delivery people leave. And, if you do have an issue, call Nationwide customer service. The store is not as brand friendly as the call center is and you will get more assistance if you deal with the call center. Other than that, I have had no issues. I love my lamps, tables, chairs & sofa from Ashley. I have 2 cats & a toddler & everything is holding nicely. read more

After my last review I was contacted by Ashley HomeStores. I am pleased to say my contact was was apologetic and promised me several things. The first my missing furniture would get replaced and in new condition. Second that she would get in contact with me to keep me informed as to what is happening. She then asked ME, what day I wanted my furniture delivered. Wow that was a change. It was a very good conversation. I admit I was still nervous that it would fall apart. The next week she called again to tell me the time frame for the delivery. Again I admit I was pleasantly surprised. Today the furniture arrived. It was wrapped and in new condition. The file cabnet drawer opened a bit tight but not as bad as the one I sent back. Honestly if I had not been tired of this whole situation i would have sent it back and asked to pick a different style. The chairs were all in excellent condition. In conclusion this last experience while very pleasant does not make up for all the frustration and inconvience. It also absolutly DO NOT EXCUSE them selling refurbished furniture as new. Buyer beware. If you buy from Ashley, Check furniture extremely carefully because once it's delivered it's yours. If their is a problem. It takes 14 days for delivery, 10 more days for a technician to come out, 7 to 10 days for parts to arrive, 5 to 10 days to have technician come back. The technicians can not stay more then 2.5 hours a visit. They have 2 technicians working in the entire state. If the wrong part is sent you start all over in this loop. Well that's my 2 cents on this company. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before going in store. THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. The service we have received has not been "terrible" the issue with this store is the miscommunication and "run-around" responses they give us. My boyfriend and I purchased furniture from this store in June and here we are almost August and still have not received our complete order. My first delivery date was scheduled for July 17th, I got a call on the 14th asking if I was willing to reschedule for the 19th considering other deliveries would be made around the area. Being considerate and understanding customers aren't always the easiest I agreed. At this point I had to request another day off from work to ensure I was home for the delivery. I asked the woman who called what time on the 19th this would happen and she stated "someone will be calling to let you know" I trusted this was true considering it was coming from one of their employees. Friday the 19th arrived and at 10 AM I called to check if I had missed something I was on hold for about 53 minutes before someone answered. I explained the situation to them and they said the next delivery date they had was not until the end of the month and that they only did base deliveries twice a week. I told them this was the second time they had rescheduled my delivery and that this was extremely frustrating because I couldn't keep requesting days off, at this point I couldn't trust what they said but I had no choice but to accept it. I was informed that not all items of our second order had arrived and that we had to come in store to resubmit the order because "the warehouse" was giving issues. All I want is my furniture and to be done dealing with this place. I hate being the "complaining" customer but I don't get any solid responses. After working with store management and resubmitting our order we finally had a date for delivery ( yes mentioned to waive delivery fee ) July 26th was set we got a text message stating our order would be here between 9-1 at 9AM I got a text that they would be arriving within 30 minutes, I didn't hear anything and at this point it is noon. I called the Silverdale store wondering what was going on and they stated they would call around to figure it out. I got a call at 2:30 asking if I had received my product, I explained the situation to them and they said they would figure it out. I was able to receive my table, couches and tv stand but still no bedroom set for my daughter. We called and they scheduled us for the 30th, once again took another day off work. NO DELIVERY WAS MADE ON TUESDAY THE 30th OF JULY. I called the store and they stated the warehouse had a power outage and that there was going to be a delay. I was told I would receive a call to reschedule the time. NO CALL. My boyfriend called today 7/31/19 and now was told August 6th is what they could do. My boyfriend reached out to Tacoma and they were willing to compensate for the inconvenience BUT.. once they found out we had made our purchase from Silverdale they had to transfer us, once again on hold for over 40 min I told him to hang up. This situation is so unfortunate and frustrating. I feel this matter should be taken to base legal to notify service members this is not a reliable business for furniture purchases and deliveries -prepare to request lots of time off, only to be dissatisfied. read more

This is the second time I bought from Ashley in Silverdale and the second time that the delivery was the issue. The first time they showed up they delivered a couch all went well until they went to leave. They handed me a phone with stars to grade their work. It was all in Spanish and when I tried to get them to explain to me what I was looking at they said they didn't understand. They then put down 5 stars on everything and had me sign, again all in Spanish. The second time I was told they had a different delivery company and that I should not have the same problems. They showed up and when they backed into my drive took out a Chinese Maple, have the Video. They then took the branch that they had ripped off the tree and threw it down in the yard, they didn't know they where being recorded. They finished the delivery and did not attach the drawers on the bed. When they left they came down and had me sign the same type of program I had signed before, and yes all in Spanish on their phone. This time there was no stars to let anyone one know how well it went. This was a real clue that something was not right. I called the store and to find out they gave themselves all 5 stars! The store itself is not that bad but the delivery and customer service after is a nightmare. read more

We purchased numerous pieces of furniture back in Aug 2018. The store experience was fine, no complaints. The delivery experience on the other hand was and continues to be a disaster. It is now November and despite 1 aborted attempt (they couldn't find us despite GPS) and 2 deliveries later, we still await the arrival of 2 chairs. It would be 2 more pieces but we got so sick and tired of the whole experience that we ended up cancelling, rather than waiting for them to replace the damaged pieces they ended up delivering this week. read more

Horrible! Stay away! My husband ordered me a 400.00 storage chest for Christmas. Item was supposed to be delivered to the store for pick up on December 19th. When Ashley's says they have attempted to reach out and fix the situation, it is not true! I have called twice a week since this transaction began. They can not help and barely answer the phones in the store, at corporate, or at the warehouse. I ordered and paid for a couch in November. It was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. 1)They called and cancelled and told us it would arrive a week later. 2)They called and cancelled again, giving us a date in January. 3) They arrived on January 5 with less than half of our couch. I called and they said they would bring the other piece on the 12th. 4) I called on the 8th to double check. They now tell me that no, my larger portion of the couch won't arrive until Feb. 1. 5) We have half a couch with only one arm rest in our living room. Now we have to go through the hassle of scheduling a pick-up, asking for a refund that will take 10-14 days, and then shop for a new couch, hoping that we can find a different business that will actually give us what we paid for. This is extremely frustrating. We just moved into our home in November and haven't had our living room couch to enjoy. I'd like to have somewhere for people to sit! read more

Poor customer service every time I go in there. I'm done doing business with them. There stuff is very cheaply made and over priced.

I emailed the review email the following info. On March 30th, my wife and I purchased two children bedroom suits and a sleeper sofa from Ashley Furniture in Silverdale, WA. Our sales representative (Amanda Grace) was very helpful and kind, if I had an opportunity to rate her service on a scale of 1-5, we'd rate it a solid 5. Our order numbers were 1113301783 and 1113301977. We agreed to take delivery on 09April18. Where do to missing and damaged parts caused the delivery to continue to the 10th and 11th as well. The below paragraphs detail the setup shortfalls. On the 9th we encountered the following problems. Bedroom 1 - missing hardware for the dresser and missing the nightstand. Bedroom 2 - hardware for the bed rails were missing and the footboard was broken. All of the affected pieces with the missing parts were left unassembled (which was fine), which in turn caused the delivery team to return on the 10th. On the 10th the delivery team returned with the missing/broken items. During the assembly of bedroom 1 the headboard was being assembled and then recognized that it too was damaged. They returned again on the 11th and finally were able to get everything assembled with a new headboard. During this process I was on the phone with the "customer care" center and was woefully disappointed with their assistance. The absolutely horrible service after the sale far out weighted the excellent service that Amanda Grace gave us. It is completely disrespectful to her as a Ashley Team member. I fully believe that the purchase goes from the time we walk in the door to the store to the time the furniture is assembled and walking out of our door. More importantly the service after the sale. The service after the sale proves to the customer, that the company is fully invested to their customers. Here is where Ashley failed - quality control of their parts leaving the warehouse, inventory of the items leaving the warehouse, the customer care call center, was unbelievably rude and I was so frustrated that I ended up hanging up on the lady. We spent over $5,700 and can't believe the disrespectful and poor service that we received from your company. Regards, Doug Merryman read more

I canceled my order after waiting a month for couches they where super rude on the phone and didn't even attempt to locate my house. When I finally reached someone( mind you I was hung up on 7 times) after 3 hours on the phone, they told me the drivers went home and they could schedule me out for 2 or 3 weeks. My delivery time was 3pm to 7 pm ( They called at 220 and said they would be there in 20 mins) and it was 5:25 when she told me the drivers went back to auburn and were done for the day. We gave our old couch set to our parents already and now we have no couches. Off to go spend our money elsewhere. I do not recommend doing business here! read more

ASHLEY FURNITURE SUCKS!!!! We bought and paid for our livingroom set and barstools on May 30th. 4 deliveries scheduled, 2 incomplete deliveries and days wasted and we still don't have all our GODDAMN FURNITURE!!! This after being put on hold for over half an hour on multiple occasions. Being patient and polite is DONE!!! read more

BEWARE: in store prices are VERY marked up compared to the Ashley website. when buying a recliner, i mentioned it to our sale person and they price matched to the online price (thank goodness) and almost saved $200!! I found the same exact Pitkin sectional at furniture world in Bremerton for $400 cheaper. It was $1100 at Ashley, $900 on their website, and $700 at furniture world. Also, some sales people are VERY pushy. Lanae was fantastic, then we came back another day and Bree helped us, she drove me nuts. She was new. Extremely pushy, tried getting us to sign papers when I told her no multiple times. Reminded me of buying a car. read more

When you are in the store nice and friendly. They don't have anything at the store but floor models, so don't expect to leave with anything. I assumed they would be able to get things in a timely manner but I was wrong. I ended up buying couch, chair, and full bed set. Living room set, and bed frame came in about two and a half weeks, but other pieces for the bed came two months later after them rescheduling, not only was it rescheduled but they were three hours late from the delivery time I received in the email. read more

Good quality furniture but that's all I can say that is nice. I'm not going to go on and on about our nightmare, so I'll make this short, as all the reviews seem to have a different version of the same story. We spent about $5000 on furniture (Interstate move+divorce=fresh start. They were nice enough when they took our money, no problem there. Once we went from prospective buyers to paid customers, the romance was over. We experienced rude customer "service" people on the phone and total apathy on the store level. Nothing seemed to be their fault. "Oh the factory this and oh corporate that" was the language they spoke. They missed 4 (FOUR!) delivery dates that spanned almost 4 months, which included Thanksgiving and Christmas. We made it abundantly clear that the purchases were contingent on the fact that we needed the furniture for the holidays, which was why they took our money in September. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I am planning on buying a ton of outdoor furniture in a couple of months and I will go ANYWHERE but this horrible den of lies. read more
