First of all, their customer service was awesome. We didn't even know where to start and the sales people were helpful right away. Not overbearing or pressuring, just nice and genuinely helpful. They helped me pick out a living room set that my husband loves with a leather sectional that feels so lush and a matching chair. Second, the price was BETTER than I expected. I thought we might pay a little more shopping local (and frankly I was willing to pay a little more to support local biz) but it was cheaper than the competitors. The sofa we got was inspired by something I found on houzz but I figured I'd never be able to find something like it in my price range, but they had something just like it for a price I could actually pay. Third, what prompted me to write this review. This week, we were just feeling settled in in our new home (and loving our new couch) when we got a thank you card out of the blue from the sales lady who helped us. It made me feel really good. And made me feel like they cared and that my business mattered. LOOOOONG story short, I highly highly recommend Slumberland. Once we recover from the $$$$$ of moving, we will go back for a bedroom set and maybe a tempurpedic mattress if I convince my husband. ;)

I immediately brought it to their attention and the sales representative said he would speak to his General Manager. The General Manager was unwilling to rectify the situation even though I had proof (screenshot) showing that they misrepresented the item listed on their website. Such horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again for their deceptive and unprofessional business practices. Buyer beware!

The delivery date is far in the future, but they won't tell you that when they take your money. Three and a half weeks later, I finally called, and they were like" You expected to have this soon? Many of our customers wait 3-4 months, how come you expect yours sooner?" I was astounded. I was already making payments for furniture, I told them that, they said ok, sooo? This was a regular purchase, nothing special. I have bought lots of furniture over the years and always brought it home within a week, maybe two. Do not expect that with this place--expect a long wait and you wont be disappointed.
