My friends and I went to this place to explore the furniture for comfort, design, and overall a nice piece of furniture, although the store and items looked nice, a middle age/oldish lady came over to tell us if we needed help. We say no and we just want to look around. She ask if there is anything that is specific that you are looking for, we say no, we just want to look around. At first we wanted to look at the bed section. Very nice mattress and reasonable prices. We could just come back here and get some here. But the lady came back and kept staring at us. At first in my point of view, it look like she was giving us nasty looks at us for trying to enjoy the beds. We were simply trying to test out the beds and seeing if they were comforting. We weren't causing a lot of ruckus or anything. We didn't break anything and this lady kept staring. The boys and I agreed to look at other pieces of furniture. I found a place that had couches and we went to look. I look at the corner and it looks like the lady is trying to look for us. We were creeped out about it and we made an excuse to leave the store. Overall the scenery was very nice, the store felt comforting, just needs better service. read more

All the furniture and bed, chairs are really nice and I recommend but myself and 2 friends went into the store to look around and plan on some furniture when we all move but this old lady that worked was following us around the ENTIRE time and it made us very uncomfortable and she would follow us wherever we went even after telling her our intentions and we ended up leaving because of it read more

They don't stand behind there product. we even had insurance or so we thought we paid for it and everythin. I was given the info needed and said deal with then no help to file the claim or anything. Tried to file. It they had no record of our couch's or us having insurance we paid for it but never got covered. the couch's where Ashley's own brand and didn't last a year such a waste of money. read more

Ashley furniture is garbage! We even bought the extended warranty! But the recliner broke after a week? And it took 6 weeks to repair. Do not buy from Ashley, unless you want garbage furniture!!!! read more

I came in to look at a new room set and the lady that was helping me was very rude and disrespectful to me I asked her about I bed set I found online and I asked her if she could show it to me and I said it is grey correct and she said no that it is brown and I said no it is grey and showed her the picture of it and the description and she couintined to argue with me about the color so I told her never mind that I would look at a different set and she took me to a different set that was grey which was the one I found online and was getting to be more disrespectful when I was asking questions about the set when I was talking to her she kept looking away and sighing so I left I will never be returning to the store again read more

I walked in to the store with cash in my pocket to buy a sofa and love seat a few years back and was treated horribly. No one wanted to wait on me and when they did, it was minimal help. I went there a second time with my sister to get a twin bed and all of the extras for the room and they said they couldn't do better than a 13% discount. The next week, they were running a 15% off ad campaign on the radio. The assistance that we received was awful- apparently they do not make commission, because no one was eager to make a sale. Needless to say, I bought my sofa and loveseat the very same day at a different place in town. Unfortunately, my sister was determined to buy the set that they had and did not feel the same about saving more money. I will not go back and would not recommend that store to anyone. read more

I can't for the life of me understand how they can sell products to customers and then not deliver them for months. We purchased a full living room set 3 months ago that included a couch, love seat, chair, two end table, and a coffee table. The Quincy location did a great job of getting us the main furniture in a week. It took 6 weeks for 1 end table and I just called today for the coffee table and they told me it is still not in. I do not blame the Quincy office, they are great, but my goodness this is ridiculous. read more

Ive been meaning to go to this store for quite a while, and I finally did while I was visiting family in St. Louis. I thought it was more high end but it is very comparable to lets say Living Spaces. I gave it 4 stars though because I found a recliner that I almost fell asleep in. Probably gonna go back and buy it when I get back to Cali. read more

Most of my home is filled with Ashley Furniture pieces. We keep coming back, because of the prices, financing options, quality and discount for paying cash in full. We've always opted for the delivery service for the extra $60. It just makes sense, especially when some of the furniture is so incredibly heavy. I also like that they set it up for us and if something goes wrong, then it's on Ashley and not us. We had our delivery scheduled for yesterday after 4. I'm usually understanding when they run behind schedule, but this time around, they didn't bother to show up or call. This was very disappointing as I did make special arrangements to be home. This is unacceptable, especially when paying $60 for the service. read more

I had a wonderful experience. My sales associate was great. She did not hover over me and allowed me to browse and take my time. She was then able to make recommendations. I purchased a sofa, love seat, accent chair and coffee table. I love them all and always get compliments when people come to visit. All of the furniture is very comfortable.
