Bought an adjustable bed frame and warranty from Ashley HomeStore. Short story is the bed frame broke out of the blue after having it for a short time and after dealing with the TERRIBLE warranty company that Ashley partners with, my new bed frame is ready to be delivered. The catch is that Ashley refuses to pick up the broken bed frame they sold to me. The Ashley corporate office said that figuring out how to dispose of the bed frame they sold to me was my problem. Their suggestion was to call the Salvation Army. Apparently their policy is to not dispose of the broken furniture they sell when replacing it and to leave the customer to deal with the problem. Not customer friendly at all. So after buying a $2000+ bed frame and warranty from Ashley, I'm stuck with having to find someone to remove and dispose the broken bed frame. I was a long time Ashley customer, but after dealing with the Ashley corporate office I will never again buy Ashley furniture. read more

It has been 5 weeks since our bed frame was delivered and we discovered that the hardware kit was missing. We have talked to and emailed 5 different people, including the regional manager. We physically went back to the store (a 45 min trip from Whitewater) to talk to someone directly. On July 31, the WRONG hardware kit was sent to us (it was to secure a dresser to the wall). Despite assurances that the mistake has been corrected, we have had no follow-up from any of the people we talked to, despite them saying they would check & confirm the order and get back to us. All we need are the screws & washers, however some of the screws are specialty. They are included in the cost, & it is not our responsibility to have to track down & buy the correct hardware. I will never purchase anything from Ashley & have warned my friends & family to avoid them at all costs. Their incompetence is unbelievable. read more

I had a great experience at Ashley. I usually hate furniture shopping because I feel pressured to make a decision - my most recent experience was amazing! I worked with someone that was close to my age and was very calm and laid back. I appreciated the way she worked with me because it felt like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a sales associate. Once I found the piece for me, planning the delivery was a breeze. I had a little speed bump because I wasn't scheduled to have the keys to my new apartment by the time the estimated delivery would arrive - I called the service number and they helped arrange a later delivery for the same day, with wonderful customer service. I would definitely go back to Ashley Furniture for my future furniture needs! read more

My experience with Ashley on the east side has always been very positive. They are not a corporate-owned store, like some of the other Ashley stores nearby. They are locally owned and they take good care of their customers. Alex is in charge of the store and he is always very positive and doing the most he can to help everyone who walks in. They all will do their best to assist your needs. You can tell from that atmosphere they place a very high value on customer satisfaction. This will make the difference when you choose to make your next purchase with Ashley. They made special accommodations for what I was looking for and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. read more

Lucas at Ashley Furniture on East Madison is wonderful to work with! He explained the entire process from purchasing to day of delivery. He explained in great detail what to do and who to contact if there was a defect upon delivery and if I was unhappy with my mattress, what to do and when I was able to make the exchange if desired. I needed to change my delivery date and Lucas was actually able to make the delivery a day sooner than planned and worked perfectly with my schedule. My overall experience was amazing and completely painless not to mention the quality of the bedroom set that I purchased was sturdy and everything I expected. Definitely deserves 5 stars. read more

I can't say enough good about this company. Last year, I was helped by a salesperson named Abu on the phone to find a matching ottoman for our existing sofa. He did some checking and found an exact match. A few weeks ago, the same salesperson Abu helped us purchase some furniture and he provided excellent customer service helping us match colors and just went out of his way to make us happy. We only had to wait a week until delivery, and the delivery guys were exceptional as well even helping us move out an existing piece of furniture that we couldn't move ourselves. They were prompt and friendly and very careful with the furniture. A+++ all the way! read more

After recently moving to a new home my boyfriend and I had been searching many stores for a couch for our living room. We were exceptionally impressed when we came into Ashley. Tom helped us with an overview look at what the store had to offer. After thinking things over for a few days and doing some additional searching we went back to Ashley and were promptly greeted by Ben who not only assured we picked out the perfect couch but also a full 9 piece set. It was a pleasure to work with both Tom and Ben and we will definitely be back for future furnishing needs. Thanks again guys! read more

Kay was great to work with. Shopping for furniture has been a challenge as it can get overwhelming with so many stores, colors, sizes and other options. Kay actually sat with me for over a half our the first time and talked me through my choices, decisions, and made it very easy. We went back three other times to make sure we liked our choice and talk with her. She also made financing easy. I would definitely work with Kay again and recommend her expertise. The delivery guys were great as well. They were kind, friendly and took special care to make sure they were careful. read more

Mikaela Dams at the Madison East store was amazing to work with in all aspects. Mattress shopping is very overwhelming, with so many brands, options to purchase and types of mattresses. Mikaela was patient, kind, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and concerns and hopes. I will return to shop specifically with Mikaela for future furniture needs. She was never pushy or presumptuous; wanting to help me find what was right for me. I also appreciated her respecting my many questions without ever talking negatively of competitors or other mattress suppliers. read more

We walked into the store late Sunday night completely over looking and trying to buy furniture. We had the worst luck with purchasing the furniture we wanted from another store just earlier this week. This however was not the case at Ashley Furniture!! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our situation. In fact they networked with other stores in order for us to get the furniture we wanted ordered and delivered in just TWO days from when we ordered it!! They made the process relaxing and honestly fun! I will never buy from anywhere else!!!!!! read more

I came in with my wife to purchase a new mattress. We were so lucky to have worked with Trevor who spent time helping us select our new bed. He was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and it was clear that he truly cared about us getting a mattress that was the right fit for us. He didn't pressure us into buying nor did he try to sell us the most expensive one! My wife and I were so pleased. Thank you Trevor for all that you did! We look forward to working with you again in the future. - Ken Larson read more

We went to Ashley looking for new living room furniture and were pleased with both the prices and the choices! Our salesman, Mark Sellmeyer, was outstanding! He is competent, kind and patient. He even moved furniture around the store so we could view different settings. We did not feel pressured at all and actually purchased more than we originally intended. We would highly recommend Ashley Furniture HomeStore! Mark even carried our new wall art out to the car for us! Who does that?! He does! read more

We shopped online and knew what we wanted when we got to the store. Sawyer directed us to the furniture grouping, then showed us other options and coordinating pieces. He was very friendly and helpful. Furniture was delivered on date scheduled. Love that they called us when the truck was 30 minutes away. Delivery guys were pleasant. Put our new sectional together quickly and took all wrappings and trash with them. A great experience. Highly recommend. read more

We needed bedroom furniture and Ashley had the best selections and prices. When I found one item for a lower price at a competing store, Ashley price matched it immediately. We were also very happy that Ashley provided delivery and white glove service for one flat rate. Other stores charged more depending on how much you spent or how many items you ordered. We were happy with the service and the products! read more

Our sales person was Julie. Right of the bat when we first came in the door Julie greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. She was extremely patient and willing to walk back and forth to give us a wide variety of options for our new living room set. We cannot be anymore happy with what we got and the services we received. Cheers to our new home and to Julie for helping us make this possible! read more

Worked with Ben Arm to buy a new couch and recliner and he was beyond wonderful. He was very informed and made the experience very easy and pleasant. Additionally, he brought a wonderful personality to the experience which made it that much just easier to connect and buy some great furniture. Bought like 7 grand worth of furniture from them which I paid for in full right there the delivery service was absolutely horrible! They were all young kids that fucked up my floors that I just had redone. They refuse that they did anything wrong and refuse to compensate me for my damaged floors. Never going to buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Madison East. Specifically with Mikaela. She helped us in every way imaginable and figured out how to get our furniture delivered in a timely manner. Lynn was also helping us figure out what we could afford and how much we were able to spend. They're a dream team and we can't wait to come back in the future. read more

Our designer Tommy was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not aware there was a Bob's furniture in the same mall. We looked at both stores but went back to Ashley because the quality seemed better and Tommy was so helpful. He got us a great deal and we were very happy with our selection. Would definitely shop here again and ask for Tommy! read more
