Received out couch damaged of course after receiving our damaged bed that has still not been fixed by Ashley HomeStore. They brought our couch out yesterday white glove deluxe service knocked out our Internet because they broke the jack on the wall because they were banging up against the wall. After I told them not to do that then they did not even respond when they took out our door frame and damaged it heavily. Ashley you've got two purchases from us and we will never Purchase from you ever again. I would highly recommend everyone using a different store they have brought out damaged products three times to my home. They lie and make you sign up for a rewards program to get free delivery even if you negotiate it into the price and then charge you 79.99 and post it as deferred interest. Which by the way is illegal. The GM's going to come on here and try to tell me to call him but nothing he's gonna do is going to make it right and less he refund me my money. You know who I am. They have in return sent me others private credit card information application with her address and a piece of furniture that they purchased. I've got it in an email this company clearly has some issues. If you value your privacy and you want quality furniture in my opinion go somewhere else I just called your store Rick. My husband and my experience shopping for bedroom and dining room furniture yesterday was very good. We started looking on our own and met our salesman, Shawn Weatherford, just when we had a question. We explained what we wanted and Shawn guided us to furniture that fit our criteria, but he wasn't pushy or fake. My husband was using one of the store wheelchairs and Shawn even took turns pushing him to give me a break and allow me to look with a little more ease. When we found our dining table set, he put a hold on it because there was only one available in the warehouse that serves multiple cities. We then found our bedroom set, but met disappointent when there were no king size sets available. This is where we really appreciated Shawn. He didn't try to up sale to a higher priced set. Instead, he offered a similar priced set with the features we liked, and he gave us free delivery because of the inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping with him and never felt like we were just a sale. The Ashley store has a good salesman that we hope they appreciate. Someone trying to push more costly items on us just to line their pocket with a commission would have ended up losing our business, instead. read more

I had a lot of questions about an online purchase of 3 pieces of furniture I was looking at. I had similar problems about 9 months ago when I bought some bedroom furniture online. I went to the Ashley Home Store in Norman and a young lady name Melanie spent a considerable amount of time helping me. After all its not easy to purchase furniture site unseen. Melanie was so helpful with the online part and made me feel at ease as well. Yesterday my wife and I went to the Ashley HomeStore in Norman. We were greeted by Tammy Garrett. She listened to what we wanted and showed us those pieces of furniture that met our criteria. She did not pressure us at all nor did she try to convince us to purchase anything additional which is something I really appreciated. Generally speaking, when a sales person does that, I tend to leave without purchasing anything. I just bought my first home and have never had nice furniture, so I came in to the store. I worked with Tucker, who was absolutely amazing. He spent over two and a half hours with me. He never got frustrated or irritated as I drug him around the store sitting on almost every couch. He was so patient and knowledgeable, never pushy or overbearing.
