Received out couch damaged of course after receiving our damaged bed that has still not been fixed by Ashley HomeStore. They brought our couch out yesterday white glove deluxe service knocked out our Internet because they broke the jack on the wall because they were banging up against the wall. After I told them not to do that then they did not even respond when they took out our door frame and damaged it heavily. Ashley you've got two purchases from us and we will never Purchase from you ever again. I would highly recommend everyone using a different store they have brought out damaged products three times to my home. They lie and make you sign up for a rewards program to get free delivery even if you negotiate it into the price and then charge you 79.99 and post it as deferred interest. Which by the way is illegal. The GM's going to come on here and try to tell me to call him but nothing he's gonna do is going to make it right and less he refund me my money. You know who I am. They have in return sent me others private credit card information application with her address and a piece of furniture that they purchased. I've got it in an email this company clearly has some issues. If you value your privacy and you want quality furniture in my opinion go somewhere else I just called your store Rick. They offered no help because they are contracted workers with a Mathis brother truck. And it was delivered yesterday read more

My husband and my experience shopping for bedroom and dining room furniture yesterday was very good. We started looking on our own and met our salesman, Shawn Weatherford, just when we had a question. We explained what we wanted and Shawn guided us to furniture that fit our criteria, but he wasn't pushy or fake. My husband was using one of the store wheelchairs and Shawn even took turns pushing him to give me a break and allow me to look with a little more ease. When we found our dining table set, he put a hold on it because there was only one available in the warehouse that serves multiple cities. We then found our bedroom set, but met disappointent when there were no king size sets available. This is where we really appreciated Shawn. He didn't try to up sale to a higher priced set. Instead, he offered a similar priced set with the features we liked, and he gave us free delivery because of the inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping with him and never felt like we were just a sale. The Ashley store has a good salesman that we hope they appreciate. Someone trying to push more costly items on us just to line their pocket with a commission would have ended up losing our business, instead. read more

FIVE STAR RATING FOR RACHEL WITH THE IRISH NAME AND RED HAIR She walked every inch of the showroom floorwith me, was enthusiastic, helpful and tireless! CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE=Rachel! The store Manager gets a Five Star as SO the Cashiers and the rest of the sales team HOWEVER, the Store system of refunding downpayments rates a ZERO I'm still waiting for mine if anyone is listening After the first ten days I called and spoke with a very COURTEOUS woman who told me the process had to go through management level to be approved. I thought Ashley would have the same system as Mathis Bros who makes immediate refunds. REALLY, this is a simple accounting procedure!! Get your act together THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD CANT MAKE A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT OF A FIASCO. AN EMPTY PARKING LOT AND NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO GET YOUR ATTENTION!! I loved my Ashley Store in Peoria, Az What are they doing differently? read more

I had a lot of questions about an online purchase of 3 pieces of furniture I was looking at. I had similar problems about 9 months ago when I bought some bedroom furniture online. I went to the Ashley Home Store in Norman and a young lady name Melanie spent a considerable amount of time helping me. After all its not easy to purchase furniture site unseen. Melanie was so helpful with the online part and made me feel at ease as well. So when I paid that off I decided to purchase some other items I saw on line and lucky for me Melanie still worked at my store. So Melanie Battan thank you for all of your help and being such a pleasure. read more

Yesterday my wife and I went to the Ashley HomeStore in Norman. We were greeted by Tammy Garrett. She listened to what we wanted and showed us those pieces of furniture that met our criteria. She did not pressure us at all nor did she try to convince us to purchase anything additional which is something I really appreciated. Generally speaking, when a sales person does that, I tend to leave without purchasing anything. We left pleased with the leather couch & love seat that we found and can hardly wait for it to be delivered. I can honestly say that I will reach out to Tammy again in the future. read more

I just bought my first home and have never had nice furniture, so I came in to the store. I worked with Tucker, who was absolutely amazing. He spent over two and a half hours with me. He never got frustrated or irritated as I drug him around the store sitting on almost every couch. He was so patient and knowledgeable, never pushy or overbearing. After my furniture was delivered he even sent me a follow up text to see how I liked it in my house. I will never buy furniture from anywhere or anyone else again. read more

My visit was fun and I now have a beautiful new couch that I absolutely love in my home. I definitely recommend you check this place out and don't forget to ask for Mekayla. read more

I went into Ashley to find a rocking recliner for my sons nursery. I was greeted by a sales associate name Demetrius. He was friendly and very helpful. We ended up choosing one and purchasing it. He assisted us through the process and it was very smooth. I noticed after we left the store the rocker was listed at a lower price online than in store. I called to see if he could match it and he did! I am so happy with the experience and would go back again! read more

We had a good experience purchasing a new sofa and love seat with Pierre Debros. We called the store and talked with him before we went to the store. When we arrived at the store he had several suggestions in mind for us to look at. Our furniture arrived the next evening, which was nice since it was Sunday and we would not have to take off work to have it delivered. Overall, we had a good experience with this store. read more

I purchased two chairs at the store on a very rainy night a few days ago. The employees went out of their way to be helpful, loaded the chairs and covered them with plastic to protect them from the rain and sent me a very nice note the following week. My experience couldn't have been better. Thanks, Tyler. I will definitely shop here again. read more
