My husband and I recently visited the Ashley Furniture showroom, where we were immediately drawn to a stunning living room set. The color was nearly identical to the interior of my BMW, a shade we had been searching for tirelessly. My husband even commented on how perfectly it matched my car. After months of consideration, we decided to spend over $4,000 on this set, confident it was exactly what we wanted. When the furniture arrived, however, we were appalled to discover that the color was drastically different from what we saw in the showroom. The discrepancy is glaring, yet when I filed a complaint, I was met with the same dismissive response: "The couches only come in one color." Let me be perfectly clear I understand that already, and I am furious that Ashley Furniture keeps repeating it as if it addresses the issue. The problem is not that the set comes in one color; the problem is that the color we received does not match what was displayed in your showroom or even what is shown online. This level of deception is outrageous. We didn't blindly order this set online we physically saw it in your store, specifically chose it for its color, and spent a significant amount of money. Your team's dismissive attitude and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB with no response, and I've emailed corporate only to be essentially told, "too bad." Your representatives continue to insist we received the correct color, but I refuse to accept that explanation. There is absolutely no way the couches in my home are the same color as those on your showroom floor. This feels blatantly deceitful, and as a loyal customer who has spent thousands with Ashley Furniture over the years, I am furious at how we are being treated. This is the first issue we've ever encountered, and your company's lack of effort to make this right is beyond disappointing. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. If Ashley Furniture cannot uphold its integrity and address this issue fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate further. read more

I went to Ashley's furniture in Melbourne in hopes to find furniture for my new home. I have been to every store from here to Orlando with no luck (I am pretty picky and easily annoyed by the typical "sale" approach). Shortly after I breached the doorway, I was approached by Kenneth. Kenneth was very knowledgeable of his company and what it has to offer their customers. It took hours of determining the perfect piece for each room inside my home, Kenneth was present for every minute of every hour spent in the store. He was patient, kind, and supporting. He even offered his opinion and several solutions to multiple problems I had from everything between furniture pieces and timing due to building our home. A certain favorite piece was a floor model, due to this it was unable to be delivered through the company or held onto in the store for long (which didn't work for me as I didn't have a home). Kenneth knew how much I loved this piece and quickly found a solution (someone he knew who could deliver cheap and stress-free to a friend's home). Kenneth was able to find room in the back to hold my piece until a friend was available to open their home (this took several days). If that wasn't awesome enough, Kenneth even made sure each piece was wrapped so it would not get damaged. Kenneth fought tooth and nail with his management staff to get the best price for me and my family. He really went above and beyond for the nearly 9 hours I spent with him, and even after we left the store. Kenneth represents Ashleys store extremely well. I know that his knowledge and great customer service skills are a huge helping hand to the sales made at Ashleys. When comparing Kenneth and Ashleys to other sales personnel at other stores, it was a no brainer who I wanted to have my business. Thanks Kenneth for making this move as painless as possible. My wife and I with kids in tow were shopping all day Saturday looking for a new bedroom set. Dragging kids in and out of stores all day and this our first time ever in a Ashley home store we meet salesman Corey Whitehead. He quickly and professionally came to help us. At almost closing time and kids climbing on everything Corey new exactly were to steer us and to what we were looking for. Corey got us the measurements we needed so we can go home and make our decision. Next day knowing I had to work and the stores hours I called Corey hoping I could make it to the store before it closed to take advantage of the sale that was going on thru the weekend only. Unfortunately the store closed the same time I would be leaving work. After hearing excuses from other stores and seeing the poor quality of the furniture being offered we were set on buying from Corey at Ashley home store. A hour before closing on the last day of the sale. I called Corey and he went above and beyond and offered to extend the sale one day for us knowing how busy our lives were and it only gets better. when my day at work was keeping me from our new bedroom purchase Corey picked up the phone and told me again he would help buy staying late. Corey waited for me to come in he then helped me to customize the payments and closed the deal. WOW all I can say is all day out shopping with the other stores were the typical pushy sales following us around suggesting styles we were not interested in just because they were in stock.While Corey would let us look around and come check on us and get us info if needed and only gave prices if we asked. This is how sales should be. Ashley home store you earned a new customer and Corey Whitehead thank you for all your help. We purchased several thousands of dollars of furniture from them and the people at the store are very nice and Maureen was awesome, however, DO NOT purchase furniture from this company!!!!!! They are WORSE than Rooms To Go. We purchased a sectional and it has needed to be replaced FIVE TIMES!!! They just delivered another defective couch. I've absolutely had it with the terrible quality of this furniture. First it was rips in the couch, then the springs were broken and the whole piece needed to be replaced, there were dents were other furniture was leaning up against it and it stretched the material along the side. The inside of the couch looks like a 12 y/o could build it. It's terrible quality all around and it's nearly a $2,000 sectional! No one seems to care and they continue to reassure me that it will be looked over several times to make sure that nothing is wrong with it and corporate confirmed there were emails to say that it was looked over. When the delivery driver saw that the new one they were bringing was defective, as well, I asked him who is that inspects these couches bc I've been reassured that they will make it right and we will have no issues. He pointed to himself. I looked at him and said he didn't do a very good job. I'm tired of being treated like I don't matter. They just lost business from me and I will spread the word to not purchase from this company! TERRIBLE experience! I originally had nothing but great things to say.....until I received nothing but damaged furniture. Other pieces were damaged as well, but I would end up writing a thesis on the issues altogether. We recenly had a wonderful experience at Ashley HomeStore. We visited the store looking for some Bars/counter stools. We were greeted by a gentleman at the door very cordially he invited us to look around and ask for him if we needed anything. It appeared that our intended purchase was not (commision motivated) in his best interest. As we browsed the store my wife saw some accent pilows. The had questions about them? We attempted to get the attention of the gentlemen but we was occupied with another employee. A lady (Brittney) at the back desk saw our interest and offered her service. She went as far as to ask if we were greeted and she would call the person over. We advised her he did not seem interested. She offered her to help us. Not only did she multitask and performed her assigned task on the phone and at the desk. She went out of the way to call someone to bring out more pillows that may interest us. We made a purchse of four pillow covers. We went to lunch and discussed our purchase and the wonderful service we received, that we went back and purchased four pillows. Brittney is an outstanding representative to your organiztion. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Clearly her service was movited by her desire to give the customer outstanding service and a quality product. We would like to commend her and recognize her effiency and devotion to your organization, She truly took pride and ownership in her performance and service to the public ( customers). We just move from Texas to Palm Bay, Fl and decided to visit Ashely to take a look at their furniture, From the moment we walked in, we felt great, Salesman Bryan made us feel right at home and invited us to look and that he will answer any question we might have,, we saw some furniture that interest us, decided to go home and discuss it further, couple of days later came back, Bryan was off, but we had the good fortune of meeting Salesman Jason who also made us feel very welcome suggesting and answering all question we had, if that was not enough of a good experience then came "Shamika" the Sales Manager who made sure all items of our big order were correct and proper discounts were applied,,Shamika made our shopping experience joyful, we shop, joke, laugh and took nice pictures together, in all my wife and I will will continue shopping at this Ashley Store and also will go by once in a while to say hello.. I was shopping for a mattress that would be good for my back. Every place that I had been to was concerned about sales and getting the lowest price. I visited Ashley Furniture and was helped by Christine. She asked me about my needs and had me take my time in trying each mattress. She explained how the bed coil technology has changed from the mattress that I currently had and went into detail about pressure points and what position I usually lie in. All of this to narrow down the best mattress for me. I found one that was perfect as well as on sale! I bought it and have had the most restful nights that I've had in a long time. No more aching back! : ) I bought a pillow there as well that is perfect for my neck support and never needs fluffing up. Great sales person and Manager very helpful. We had gone over to the store in Penellis Park ( St Petersburg) to show our friends what we bought and had the worse experience to a point were I was going to cancel our furniture. I was not happy with what the salesman had a say about the Melbourne store or the manager Josh when he came over to talk to us. I was so upset that I walked out of the store and called Melbourne an had them Hold the order until I was able to come over to talk to Mark and Stephenie. I really thought in the St Pete store THEY WERE YOUR COMPETITION. the was they were talking. I would NEVER have bought the furniture in St Petersburg. Christine Norris was a delightful pleasure to deal with. She showed Us the items we wanted to look at and spent time in explaining the workings of each. She guided Us through the credit application and was very helpful throughout the sale.She explained the delivery and the date it would arrive. The recliner sofa is a purchase that has met all our goals. My wife and I bought a bunch of stuff from Christine and when they delivered it the movers jacked it up...unfortunately it took way too long Buuuuuuut they finally sent out a technician and literally in 10 minutes the furniture looks brand new and we are again happy customers....my only wish is would be if I got them to fix the damage they cause a lot sooner...They should empower their salespeople to handle issues like this because my guess is Christine would have handled it awhile ago but "management" wouldn't let her. Purchased a King tempur-pedic split level mattress and bed among other items. Told the day before delivery the bottom bed frame wouldn't be shipped until 21 December, which meant we couldn't use the bed for three weeks!! After a day of calling, the entire order arrived intact as previously scheduled on 2 December. Believe Nicole was responsible for the miracle. So far everyone in the Melbourne, Florida store on W. New Haven Ave. was professional and courteous including Nicole who handled ordering the items I wanted. I took over four hours to pick out a couch and chair and my salesperson Don Andrezze was patient and very helpful. The sales manager Jim Danise was also very professional and very helpful to me. I haven't received the couch, chair, ottoman and the kitchen table and chairs yet so I will update this review when they are delivered. Just furnished my condo in Melbourne and ended up buying everything from ashleys. I order a sofa couch a week before I went down and they told me I could get it delivered on Monday they day we could get in. Went to ashleys on sunday to see what it looked like since we ordered on line and nick started to to show us around and we ended up ordering all the furniture and he was able to get it delivered on Tuesday. Everything came when it was supposed to in great shape and delivery people were excellent. any future purchases ashleys will be are first choice. read more

Ask for Maureen. She is awesome. Just tell her what you looking for and the price range you're looking to stay in and she'll save you a lot of time walking around the store and wandering aimlessly. They have quality solid wood furniture there. If you take the time to look at the hardware, sliders, construction etc. you'll see that. They also have the cheaper MDF laminate furniture if you're on a tight budget but I would get the protection plan if you're going that route. If you sneeze on that stuff it swells up no matter where you get it from. read more

Great experience. We went to Ashley to purchase a new bedroom set and Armando Roa, the sales person, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since we wanted to purchase a mattress as well, he made sure that we tested out the mattresses in the showroom to get the correct one with the correct firmness for the proper rest. What a great guy! We recently purchased a family room set (power couch and two recliners). Our salesman, Sean, was very friendly, helpful and didn't pressure us it at all. We love the furniture and it was delivered on time, without issue. Because we felt so good about our purchase we went back and purchased two more chairs, for our living room.
