As I write this, my furniture hasn't been delivered yet, so I'm mainly writing about my shopping experience. I went in on a Saturday with my sister with no intention to buy anything, just looking at my options for couches. A little after walking in we were greeted by Eliot who helped us through the store. I did let him know what I was looking for and that I wasn't really intending to buy anything, just getting an idea. He was really nice and helpful, and did keep his distance a bit as I didn't really want to be bothered and wanted to assess everything on my own, but they do follow you around the store essentially. When he could tell we were really really looking at something, he would come give us a little info and was helping me keep track of the things I was interested in. They do have different cushion styles and they don't use springs, so his info was very helpful in my decision making process. One of the draws of this place is how big it is, there's an upstairs to it. Eliot let us know there was more home up there (I assumed it was all outside furniture) and that's where I ended up falling in love with a couch. They were having a sale that day and Eliot was showing me the different sale prices. When he scanned the one for the upstairs couch, it had happened to be on a hot buy, which brought it down a good $1200, more of a discount than what was happening in the store or through other offers. I brought my husband back the next day to test it out and make sure it would fit and we ended up buying it. We did get the full protection (my sister had an Ashley couch with full protection and had used it) and white glove service for delivery. Eliot also was very helpful in telling us the correct ways to inspect it and everything when it gets here. We bought it on the 26th and they had the 30th available for delivery, but we gave it another week to give us time to get our current couches out. That's one of the downsides of Ashley, some other furniture places will take your old couch away, which is why there's 1 star knocked off as I have to pay another company now to take the old couches away. From the reviews I've seen, some of the bad stuff comes down to the quality of items and the delivery. My delivery is set for 1 week away, so we'll see how that goes! It is really nice in here, and they had a lot of great options with a wide range of prices (they carry luxe here so some things are pretty high). When we came back Sunday and started looking for Eliot, someone did follow us the whole way, so if you are averse to sales people, this may not be the place for you. We did check out a few other furniture stores and their employees weren't on you they way they were here. After seeing the sales board in someone's review though, I'm guessing that's why they are like that. read more

My Father-In-Law, Adam Cha, spent approximately $18,000 at Ashley Home Furnishings in Las Vegas while furnishing a new home. Given the size of the purchase, we expected a well-coordinated delivery process and clear communication throughout. Our in-store experience with Jackie Petzak was excellent. She was helpful, attentive, and understood that having all items delivered together on June 17th was very important to us. While not formally guaranteed, we were led to believe this could likely be coordinated. On delivery day, only part of the order arrived with no prior notice or communication that anything was missing. This immediately created confusion, especially given the scale of the purchase and lack of updates. When we called Jackie the same day, we even offered to personally pick up the remaining items from the warehouse since we had a moving truck available. We were told the items were not available for pickup or accessible locally, which removed the only immediate solution we could have acted on. We were then directed to customer service (Tanya), who initially could not even locate the order in the system, which added to the confusion and concern about its status. After further follow-up, we were given inconsistent timelines ranging from several weeks to a few business days, but still without a reliable delivery date or ability to schedule. Because we were in the middle of a time-sensitive move between states, this lack of coordination created significant stress. We made multiple attempts to get a clear delivery window or adjust timing so we could properly receive the items, but were ultimately told delivery dates cannot be guaranteed or adjusted and depend entirely on the carrier. We even attempted to cancel the remaining portion of the order due to the uncertainty, but were informed it could not be canceled because it was already "on its way," despite earlier lack of clarity about shipment status. To be fair, the staff we interacted with were polite throughout, and the furniture itself appears to be good quality. The core issue was not individual service, but a breakdown in coordination between sales, warehouse, and customer service, and the inability to provide accurate, consistent order tracking. We are sharing this in the hope that Ashley Home Furnishings reviews and improves its post-sale communication and logistics process. At Ashley Furniture, we spent a lot of money buying furniture and have made multiple purchases over time. They are a large furniture company, so I expected at least basic after-sales service -- but that was not the case. Once you complete your purchase, they act like they don't know you. Whether we called customer service or went back to the store in person, nothing helped. They kept passing us from one department to another like a game of ping-pong. We started receiving our furniture at the end of last December. Honestly, the quality is very average. Almost every single piece delivered had some kind of issue. For the amount of money we paid, the furniture should not have obvious defects. For example, the dining table surface was peeling and lifting. The delivery driver told us he would schedule someone to repair it or replace it with a new one if necessary. No one ever came. No one even made a simple phone call to schedule a time. Now it's March of the new year. We have been calling continuously, and every time we are told the supervisor is not available and will call us back. Not once have we received a return call. They just keep delaying. The dining chairs were also unbalanced when delivered -- it honestly felt like defective products. They couldn't even meet the most basic standard of stability. Later, when we went back to purchase two bar chairs, they charged us additional fees without informing us, including an insurance fee. I only bought two bar chairs -- I did not need insurance. Charging my card without clearly explaining the fees beforehand is essentially an unauthorized charge. We noticed the incorrect total immediately after the transaction and asked for a breakdown. Only then did they explain the extra charges. We told them right away that we did not want the insurance. They said they would refund it within seven business days. Again, it is now March -- three months later -- and I still have not received the refund. Regarding the table defect, we reported the issue on the day of delivery and requested a replacement immediately. The driver said he submitted the request. However, when we called the store, either no one answered or we were told the manager was not available. When we called again later, they claimed we had passed the return window and refused to process it. Hello? It's not that we didn't want to return it -- it's that your large company failed to take any action. I hope this company goes out of business soon and stops harming more customers. The quality is unacceptable, there is no proper management, and absolutely no after-sales service. Except for the two bar chairs, I purchased protection plans for all the other items, yet I still did not receive the coverage and protection I was supposed to have. I honestly don't even know whether their supervisor is actually working. Every time we call, we're told the supervisor is not available. Sad to see the low reviews for this place. My wife and I went in while my dad was looking to replace his King-sized bed. The location was gigantic and had just opened. We walked into the area with all of the different styles of beds. It was impressive to see so many different models of beds that you could try out. Innersprings, mixed innerspring-foam beds, solid latex foam, memory foam, etc. My dad described what he wanted, and a nice salesman had him try a few beds. At first, the prices were too high, so he showed my dad some lower-priced models. Only needing the top mattress since his boxsprings were so rigid, he chose to spend a little more on a nice memory-foam mattress. The only hangup he had was the old bed needed to be bagged by him before the delivery men would take it away for him. Something left over from Covid. The salesman suggested bagging it in advance. We were able to go to Lowe's, buy a King-sized plastic bag, and cover it for my dad before we left his place. Then a few days later when the men delivered his new bed for him, they were able to take away the already-bagged old bed without any problems at all. My dad was pleased with his purchase, and we were able to help him because of the solution provided by the salesman. My Mom wasted $2500.00 on a leather couch they would not take back. It is hard, not at all comfortable like the one she sat on in the store. It's sitting in a room she doesn't use. It took the store 3 delivery trips to deliver the right couch also. Funny the manager put in the wrong sku # is why one delivery was wrong. The manager should not be making the mistakes! We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture after spending approximately $8,000 furnishing our home. Before purchasing, we made it very clear that our house was undergoing remodeling and that we would need Ashley to hold the furniture for several weeks before delivery. Both the salesperson and the store manager assured us multiple times that this would not be a problem and told us to "take the time you need." About five weeks later, we called to schedule delivery and that's when the nightmare started. On the initial delivery: The bed rails/hardware were missing, so the delivery team could not assemble the beds. Two dressers were also missing from the order. Unfortunately, we had already disposed of our old furniture to make room for the new items, especially since Ashley does not offer haul-away services. As a result, our children were forced to sleep on the floor for nearly two weeks because Ashley failed to deliver the necessary parts to assemble the beds. When the driver finally returned two weeks later, he initially refused to assemble the beds because he claimed nobody informed him assembly was required. We eventually convinced him to complete the setup, but he clearly was unhappy about it. Even after that: One dresser was still missing. We later discovered the dresser had been discontinued entirely. Ashley then offered us a $150 credit "for the inconvenience," but when we attempted to cancel the missing item and obtain a refund, they tried deducting that same $150 credit from the refund amount owed to us. To make matters worse, customer service was terrible throughout the process. When I called regarding the refund amount, the representative hung up on me after refusing to properly research the amount we had paid. I called back and repeatedly requested a manager, but instead was placed on hold for over 20 minutes--twice--only to be routed back to the same representative. It honestly felt like a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability and discourage customers from escalating issues. Our salesperson completely disappeared after the sale was completed and was nowhere to be found when problems started happening. For a company that markets itself as a major furniture retailer, this level of disorganization, lack of communication, and poor customer service is unacceptable. We spent thousands of dollars and were left dealing with missing furniture, incomplete deliveries, sleeping arrangements for our children, and endless frustration. I'm going to be one of those and say if I could give 0 stars, I would! We decided to check this place out since we have never been to Ashley before, and were looking around for a new couch. As soon as you walk in, you see a bunch of sales people staring at you and within seconds one of them will start talking to you. The sales guy was friendly, but we did let him know we were just browsing. As we walked through the store, he kept his distance but was obviously following us the entire time. Even when we went up to the second floor. Kind of creepy and made us feel uncomfortable! I understand that they are commission based and honestly give them credit since I would never be able to handle this type of job. But seriously, do they need to follow all the customers the whole time? Most people will not want to shop here if they keep that up! This place reminds me of RC Willey minus the appliances. We asked her to leave us alone but she stalked us everywhere we went. We went to the second level...she stalked us there and then she stood right by the escalator waiting for us to go down. If you want some other options other than Ikea, which is across the way, it's a good idea to stop here. This store is huge. Two floors are really jam-packed with options for your living room, dining room, and bedroom. There were also large scale patio furniture sets too. People do it in real life, have a high/low ($$$) mix and match, like, for example, with clothes, makeup, groceries, etc. We were primarily looking at couches for the living room. I thought that the "best seller" sofas were good, there were a couple of them, under $700. If you want the sleeper option, though, the price goes up around $300. There were color options too, on the sofas. Stringbean said it was "like Bob's but fancier." I would say it is on par with Walker Furniture. I spotted a grey storage ottoman for $199.99. Samsung TV's for under $600. Also, there are financing options, if you want to go that route, which is a few dollars more. There were a lot of sales people on the floor. I bought a five piece sectional from Ashley about a little less than five years ago for multiple thousands of dollars particularly because two of the end pieces were electric recliners. One of the pieces, a centerpiece not one of the expensive ones, had something go wrong with the cushioning about a year ago, and it became very uncomfortable to sit on because you could feel the springs directly below you. It's only usable by sitting on top of a pillow, and even then it's not really what you would call comfortable. I had a five-year protection plan, but they would not help with that. Ashley was willing to send someone to look at it and he spent two hours trying to fix it until he gave up and put in a request for replacement. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks and I followed up and I was told the replacement was canceled and there was no further action. Although I went multiple times to the store and talk to people and they all agreed that they should try to fix it or replace it. Nothing ever got done. No one at the home office was willing to try to help or fix the problem. Since they do not stand behind their product, I would never buy anything from them again, nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. read more

We dragged him across the store and ended up going back to the first couch he showed us. Ali worked on the pricing with us that best fit our budget. Ali listened to us, even built a report with us and was truly amazing. We mentioned wanting a mattress and without a second thought asked if we were comfortable to go look at the mattress selections. We met Mike the Tempur-Pedic master. He asked us some simple questions about how we sleep, pain we may have in our body, snoring the whole thing and found us our perfect bed. Walking into Ashley is like stepping onto the set of Toy Story -- except the "toys" are salespeople lined up like soldiers, waiting to pounce. We were the first ones in the store, so naturally, we became the lucky "first catch of the day." Our guide was Eva from Hungary. Nice enough, but with her thick accent I was hoping for Zsa Zsa Gabor... instead, I got a sales pitch about sleeper sofas with mattresses thinner than a crepe. Lie down on one of those, and you'll need a chiropractor before the credits roll on your Netflix binge. Eva did warn us that if we bought one for an upstairs bedroom, it might not fit. Honestly, the best sales pitch of the day was her telling us why not to buy the product. Respect. Beyond that? The selection was sad, the quality screamed "temporary furniture until payday," and the whole vibe was as exciting as watching paint dry in slow motion. Avoid yourself a major headache & don't buy from Ashley's. Everything we've bought from Ashley has come damaged or is cheaply made. I say cheaply made because what didn't arrive damaged got ruined within a year or less of having it. Went to Ashley in Dec 14,2025 & got a dining table from Yesenia. She actually was very nice & received great customer service from her. However my phone number was entered incorrectly into the system & that's where the shit show stated. I want able to get a time delivery confirmation because of this error. I called to cancel my order due to delivery complications & finding a cheaper price through the military website. I was informed by Laney of a price match if I didn't cancel my order. Laney confirmed my new price & time frame for this reimbursement. When my dining table arrived every single item from all 6 chairs to the table was damaged. The delivery guy assured me not to worry as he submitted a teach to call me & scheduled for all items to be fixed ASAP. Well this took about a month to do, along with the reimbursement. I had a fantastic experience at "Ashley at the Curve." No high pressure sales tactics and I was lucky to work with Fadia for some big purchases. I own an Ashley sofa that I got about seven years ago and to be honest, I hate it. When I told Fadia about that, she literally started pulling cushions off of the sofa that I was looking at and proved how much the furniture has evolved towards higher end longer lasting furniture in the past decade since my purchase. They had a great selection of different styles. And Fadia worked with me to make sure I could take advantage of all the sales and promotions they had going on. It's a huge beautiful store with options to fit anyones taste. The pieces I got were excellent quality and will last. I was very cautious, but extremely happy that I decided to use them to buy furniture for my new home. read more

One of the delivered items was incorrect, so I refused delivery. The replacement delivery was subsequently scheduled, but it was again for the wrong item. Attempts to resolve the issue directly with the store were unsuccessful, as it was impossible to speak with anyone there. Customer service was equally unable to correct the error. As a result, I canceled the second, undelivered item. Despite the fact that no correct items were ultimately received, customer service has refused to refund the additional delivery fee I paid. I ordered @$3000 for a bedroom set. I waited for the items to get delivered. Their system didn't acknowledge the order got split and was now 2 orders so when after 7 weeks I had to call to see where my order was they said it was back ordered for 6 more weeks, I was annoyed bc I really loved the set. I had to go into the store speak to a manager who stated someone did not check the fact that some of my order was already in Store and some was coming separately so that then turned into a delivery within two days and I was very pleased. They told me I needed to come in and pick up my lamps so I went in and and I thought I was getting two brand new lamps because that's what I paid for but they told me I would just be taking the two off the floor. I assume they were in perfect condition, but it was already 730 8 o'clock at night. I got home. I put them up. I woke up. The sun was shining. They looked beautiful then upon further inspection I noticed that the brass was scratched so I reached out to the store immediately my sales associate said she would reach out to the manager and address it and get me two new ones. It's been about three weeks to a month. I've been calling to check on these lamps and they now tell me oh no, you should've checked those before you left the store but we're not ordering new ones. Those are yours so I paid for scratch lamps that were on display on the floor which I'm now paying for and then they had the nerve to offer me a 5% compensation. If they would've said we'll give them to you for wholesale or cost. I understand but 5% please don't insult me. Unfortunately that experience put me in a place that I would never shop at Ashley again not if I'm taking things off their floor for full price. I will not be shopping at that store again. They could've done better on their compensation, but I don't feel like battling with these people I bought budget. I got budget service. I shouldn't have expected more after all. I walked in with the intention of buying one, possibly 2 twin beds. I was greeted with a 1/2 hello and when I asked where the twin beds were, the lady reluctantly showed me. She didn't offer to answer any questions or help in any way. As we looked around, we had question. Nobody came up to us to help. Was it because I was in my gym clothes and didn't have makeup on? Was it because I had my kids with me for their opinion? I found 4 employees standing around talking instead of helping. I approached one who sort of answered questions - he didn't know the answer and didn't want to look up the answer so he pointed me in a direction that wasn't correct. The original lady I ran into downstairs reluctantly looked up a price a twin bed. When I commented how pricey it was, she didn't even offer to look at other options for me. At this point, my kids just wanted to look at IKEA and she said - THATS A GOOD IDEA - YOU'LL PROBABLY FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THERE! What??? Do NOT buy furniture from Ashley! Worst customer service! You pay for delivery and set up and they show up without everything needed and track dirt through your house. Then when you call, the call center is obviously overseas and of course there is never a supervisor to speak with. A week after delivery i am still without a bedframe and nightstand. Worse furniture you could possibly buy. The installers came on 6/28 and and left without making sure everything was properly installed. My nightstand was super wobbly to the point that I couldn't put my lamp on it cause it would fall. Then the drawer wouldn't fully open and would have to pull it really hard to get access. It took a lot of work to get new parts for the night stand and then we had to schedule another technician to have it installed which took 3 weeks. Now, the out kind bed completely broke due to the support beam completely collapsing and my son falling off the bed because of it. After removing our mattress and looking at the beam, it is made with thin plywood with a bolt drilled into it. Of course it's going to give in if your support beam is made of crap. A technician came by to look at it and was told that they would order a new support beam but told me that I need to be careful with the bed and need to make sure I add grips to the bottom my the begs of the support beams so it doesn't move. I beg your freakin pardon?????! You're telling me I have to do extra things to the bed to make sure it supports the weight properly?? Isn't this supposed to be factored in when designing the bed?? If I'm paying all this money for this bed, why the hell should I need to go get foot grips??? Make it make sense. Customer service is also almost nonexistent. All they say is they opened the case. That's it. They do nothing else to help. DO NOT BUY HERE. At this point, IKEA and Amazon are better. read more

This is only my third Yelp review I have ever done but I feel I needed to let everyone know because apparently this is a normal thing that happens. I went all the way out to the new Ashley's Furniture store next to Ikea. It was a gorgeous store, my new favorite store until I purchased a chair from them. I had Ashley's people load it on my truck and drove 45 mins home and when my friends were unloading it from the truck they notice damage before they even got all the packaging off, still in the truck. They wrapped it up and I drove 45 mins back to Ashley's thinking they would either credit me or give me another chair. No, when I asked to talk to the manager of the store, he came over to me and was very condescending and rude right off the bat and lied and told me to my face that he believes I damaged the chair myself. He said he saw footage of loading it in my truck and it was in perfect condition when they gave me the chair. As you can see in the pictures, you cannot see through the plastic that chair was wrapped in. I asked him and a few others I talked to before talking to him if they would just look at this damage on the chair, they can see the damage looks old and not a recent tear on the couch. No one would even look at it. He just kept blaming me for damaging the chair saying I did the damage. Insult after insult and when I kept being persistent about them taking responsibility, he said he was going to call the police on me. I paid almost $200.00 for the protection and they say now I need to put in a claim and see if it gets approved. So I have an $800.00 damaged chair in my bedroom because Ashley's refused to take it back. After spending 10 minutes with this so called manager, I wheeled myself out in my wheelchair bawling like a baby from the way I was just treated by not one but two different employees from Ashley's. Then I looked at their reviews, horrible. Lots of reviews for the same kind of thing. They do not take responsibility for anything. I told them I would tell everyone I know so here it is. I purchased sofas, armchairs, and fully furnished two bedrooms with Ashley Furniture, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Several items arrived damaged, the delivery timelines were not honored, and the post-sale customer service was extremely poor. While the sales team treats you with VIP attention before the purchase, the attitude completely changes afterward -- you are left dealing with delays, damaged products, and a lack of real support. For the high price you pay, you expect quality and reliability, but instead the experience only becomes more stressful and expensive. Did some online shopping as prices online are way less then in stores. I requested a delivery day in the beginning of August. Part of my order arrived way earlier than expected, however we weren't ready for it and at the end it didn't workout so we cancelled our order. To my surprise Ashley doesn't cover shipping cost to return a box of dinning chairs. Being I had cancelled the order way before requested shipping date I was stuck with these chairs that they send out way before requested shipping date. It cost me way more to ship back the chairs then what the chairs are worth. Ashley has no costumer service nor care about keeping what a costumer requested. For $150 dollars they aren't willing to refund back because of their policies is ridiculous. I will never shop with them or recommend them. read more

I wrote a great review before but amending it. After buying basically THREE rooms of furniture and spending so much money, I had delays in delivery and defects that needed to be repaired. They give you a delivery window and constantly go out the back of it and if they are running late they won't let you reschedule. They schedule the technicians and delivery guys TIGHT and then they'll be late. I almost missed a VGK game with tickets that cost more than the freaking cabinet they were RE-delivering because of defects. Also they have issues with front door drop off vs the white glove where they are supposed to put it in the room you PAID for to have it delivered to. Their additional coverage is not worth the extra cost and is very specific on how it will be used. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business. read more

Ughhhhh super frustrated to be writing this review as we've been waiting months for this location to open. On Memorial Day weekend we came into the store and spent $7k on a soft set, two mattresses and an adjustable base for one of the mattresses. When the furniture was delivered on 5/31 we only received half of the base. Apparently because it's a king, they have to give you two twin xl bases to make up the size of the king. I guess our sales rep was unaware of this as he only ordered one?!? We immediately drove to the store and discussed this with the manager. He set us up with a new sales rep and they charged us cost for the 2nd base. I was honestly not thrilled to pay another $400 when this was there mistake. They forced me to do so as I had no choice. We were then told the 2nd piece would be delivered tomorrow! Since it's 430pm and we have not received our delivery window I decided to call! When I called, I was transferred to someone in India and I just found out, we're not on the schedule for tomorrow. So I Called the store they referred me to the 725 number and told me to chose customer service this time. Apparently the base just became in stock so that's why they can't deliver it tomorrow but didn't think to disclose this to us. The soonest they can deliver is now Friday! We've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since 5/31. read more

Horrible experience while purchasing. even worse experience trying to modify and eventually cancel my pending order. Knew what we wanted to purchase. We were told to go to lunch and comeback to complete our order for a couch, loveseat and two chairs. Something that should have taken 15 minutes ended up taking several hours. Called to modify my order after it was placed. I was told someone would call me back. no call ever came. Went to a physical store where I was told it's a big order and they would have someone call me. No call. Called again to cancel entire order as we were getting the runaround. I was told return system down for 24 hours. Finally drove to the store where the manager was a total ass! He explained the system was down yesterday for returns. I told him I called today. Reluctantly, he took me back to customer service where he had to agree to the cancellation before they would process my pending order. There was a secret "nod" to process the cancellation. Overall horrible service from start to finish, I will avoid this place for any future purchases! Oh, and delivery charges are insane! $600 delivery for two chairs, a couch and a loveseat! read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Do not bother calling customer service with any issues you just get stuck in automated circle. In Person Customer service desk employees are RUDE. Store manager is dismissive. IF you are lucky enough to get undamaged items then all is good. But should you get a delivery of something damaged the nightmare begins. read more
