I went in on March 1 and purchased a living room set and tables. I paid in full and signed the document stating my purchase would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Every time
I call the store they push back the expected delivery time by "a few weeks".
When I made the purchase, I did so because my husband and I, along with our son had just moved into a house two weeks prior. Ten days after we moved in, my husband passed away unexpectedly. He was law enforcement, as am I. So there I am, at the store, needing to furnish a home I barely moved into whole dealing with the loss of my husband. Ashley Furniture has not cared one iota about our family, our circumstance, and has been 100% deceitful, disrespectful and unprofessional. Hey have added so much more stress to my already stressful situation. But what makes matters worse-- they don't care. As a member of a workforce that sacrifices everyday to keep the community safe, this is how Ashley Furniture repays its customers and those who help serve & protect. Every time I ask to speak to a manager, it's always magical and convenient that not one manager is on site to talk to me.
Think twice before purchasing from here. Nearly three months later I'm left without furniture, and with a contract I signed in which they have failed to fulfill. read more
