The store has a rating system (in the credit card reader) for the service received at the store, which is a little confusing, I was going to rate the service at 10, but it only went up to 9, it didn't let me input the 0 and I rated the service at 1 by mistake. Maybe adding some instructions by the credit card reader would be nice, or giving the customer a heads up about the rating system to be able to rate the service the right way.
