We are now FIVE WEEKS without a dryer, and they are telling us we have to wait for the company (LG). All of our requests for just sending a replacement for the lemon have gone unheeded. When we call Gerhard's, they just shrug. When we call the company, they either don't get back to us or set up a call and then don't class. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
