Up here, it's hard to come by a reliable place for appliances, or a place in general. East Huron supplied some appliances to our home many years ago so we came in here to take a look at stoves. Jeremy, the sales person, was incredibly friendly and helpful as we browsed their store. We were able to find a stove and got it installed a few weeks later. They even hauled the old one away! It had a minor issue, and they were able to come back and service it with no problems!

Put half down and said I would call when I had time to be there to have it installed. I asked for a morning delivery and on the morning of the delivery I received a call from them at 7:30am to see if they could start heading to my cottage which was great. The pair of delivery guys (unfortunately didn't get their names) showed up just before 8am removed the old hood and range and installed the new ones in less than an hour. Completely professional and I couldn't be happier. I don't need a new refrigerator right now but I know where I am going to buy it. 100% satisfied.

I went to Cass City Hardware and the owner Jeff fixed me up with a generator that even I can start. He then added the oil and gasoline and showed me in detail how to start and run it. He sent me on my way with the promise to come back later to pay for it. Credit card machines were also out. I would have flooded by the time I came home, read the manual, went out for gasoline etc. you're the best. Shop local community businesses. They are our hero's!

I have mixed emotions on whether it was a good interaction or not. I would say generally not a good…read moreinteraction. I arrived to purchase handgun and it was extremely crowded in the store. That was due to the day before opening day for deer season so that was understandable. While browsing I had a gentleman come up ask me if I needed help and I said yes we went to the counter and I started looking at handguns. While he was showing them to me he walked off and started to help other individuals up and down the counter. Maybe they were understaffed for the day I'm not really sure what the problem was. Finally when I made my selection of a handgun, laser sight and a holster I was ready to check out. I know that I needed to fill out paperwork for the purchase of the handgun and that's when I was informed that due to some problems that they were having, they didn't have a license to sell me a handgun. I had to go to an off-site location 20 miles away to fill out the paperwork to purchase the weapon and that they would bring it to me within a half hour or so . So after the transaction was rung up I found out that because I used a debit card to pay for the transaction I was charged a $30 credit card fee instead of using cash. I was not informed of that would happen prior to the transaction. So I went to the off-site location and i filled out the application turned it in and was approved instantly. Then I waited 2 hours for the gun to be delivered. It cost me to be late for a follow-up appointment I had a location 40 MI away. Had I known this is how the whole transaction was going to go , I would not have driven an hour and a half to get to that store to make the purchase. I would have gone to a different store, been able to purchase the product in a timely manner, receive it at the time of purchase and I had to pay a fee to use a debit card to make the purchase . For those of you wanting to make a purchase there I would be very careful on making the purchase and check ahead of time on What charges you're actually going to receive and if you can actually do the paperwork there at the store. I did walk away with what I wanted but I was very displeased on how the whole transaction happened . ​

Called and they validated that the wrong firearm was sent…read more Immediately apologized and stated that they were sending my FFL a return shipping label and immediately shipping the correct firearm that day. Fast forward a week and another employee states that the correct firearm is sitting at the store still with a note stating to ship it once the other firearm is returned. I call my FFL to get an update about shipping back the incorrect firearm and they state that they are still waiting for Randy's Hunting Center to send the return label. I am awaiting Randy's Hunting Center response to this, but this is already extremely unacceptable business behavior and practice.

We became very acquainted with Caseville hardware as they were close. So we were in there constantly for paint,plumbing and electrical supplies,tools, yard decorations etc. Also many many propane fill ups for our BlackStone grills and our toy hauler. So my point is we were regulars in buying from them. So when we spent over $200.00 dollars on our golf cart battery we figured they were local and just higher on things. Fast forward to today 9/9/25 at 9:30am when I returned to the store after a rude employee telling me on Monday he didn't do warranty's and come back so I came back today. Talking to the owner and a gentleman today they told me that they were sorry I'd lost my receipt in all that I'd bought there in the past almost 2 years but they couldn't help me and the battery code that it was made in June 23 and probably shipped to them in August 23 and our purchase in Oct 23 would be out of warranty. It's unfortunate that trust with a loyal customer means nothing when you as a customer put up with over charges and hit or miss assistance from employees or the fact that they don't stand behind a trusted brands hassle free warranty stated on the product with date codes. Sadly they lost our business as we owned our own companies prior to our retiring and thats not how we did warranty work or customer service. Now we will drive farther just to get better service rather than doing business with them anymore.
