Not much of a toy collection for the kiddos but this is all non profit and you could find a treasure when you don't even expect it. what I think is neat that makes this one stand out is that they have a separate area when you walk in the door for old things and antiques so if you're looking for something specific when your trift shopping or hunting you walk right in and are greeted by all the treasures right there in the front! Nothing is too overpriced and they usually run a sale so be sure to ask. I also found a beautiful necklace it was sterling silver for under 20 bucks shoes run about $3 and I've never seen a piece of clothing over 5. I'll be back way to go little thrift store...

I took the time to read all of the posted signage but they didn't take the time to remember to put up their no parking sign. Instead, Don gave me dirty looks. 15 minutes later when we left the store they finally remembered to put up their "no parking donations only" sign.

Bought a metal sun and metal poinsettia garden decoration for my mother. She will love these two items. We bought some clearcoat to protect the metal, as it will rust over time. The staff here are so friendly and warm and easy to talk to and were extremely helpful and made you feel comfortable too. The metals are artisan crafted and are reasonably priced too. Drop in and you will not leave empty handed.

I told him that store looking interesting so we decided to stop on the way back. There was plenty of parking on the side of the building. The cute items were in the front of the store and on the patio area. The rest of the store was hardware - tools, paint, yard products, etc. Although there were some cute items, I didn't find anything I had to have. The prices were a little high too. I can see how this little store would be nice for folks that live in the area as you can get what you need and shop some cute things. Good for both husband and wife.

You walk in the door...your eyes suddenly focus on the variety of products available: not too overwhelming but an excellent selection of just what you need! The meats are fresh, produce clean, and dry goods ready for sale. Also, a variety of gadgets meet your eyes, great for campers (like me). Then...a smiling face greets you...makes you feel like your welcome, even if they know your "not from around here". They are knowledgeable and understand how to help you best. So you have it: Selection and Service in one- Intertwined! Shopping at this IGA actually has become a part of my camping trip that I look forward to, and that's not easy to say- looking forward to grocery shopping. My future mother in law simply took a sip at the front register (before paying) then the cashier said something like you have to pay to drink that. Which makes since but he said it in a very mean way and my in law thought that he was joking at first then he continued to be mean throughout the transaction with about 6 standing there and then on the way out my in law says have a nice night and says you could be a little bit nicer to your customers then he continued to say exactly this "get the hell out of my store" repeatedly swearing us out. He said in front of many minors in our group. Then continued to stare at us walking down the street like he was watching tv. Another guy that works there is a W he kinda looks like a lumberjack but very nice and the guy that makes the food there in the back is great no doubt. But I do not recommend coming here for anything other than the food in the back.

What I loved about this place was the couple that runs it and the great subs they turn out there (I didn't try the pizza but I'm sure it's great). My Ham and Cheese was pretty ordinary looking but the bun, meat and cheese were all really tasty and fresh. I have it on good authority that the Greek Goddess sandwich was pretty killer with feta, olives and stacked meat, and the Italian sub looked great too. It's behind the marina so walking over from the slip is convenient to stock up and carry back. A great little outpost!
