Instead of saying they didn't have any and let me go, she suggested that I check out a department store like Walmart, Target, etc. I can truly appreciate such stellar customer service, especially since I've been in the retail industry. She wasn't super salesy either, some places will try to upsell you on accessories or clothes you don't need. Because of this experience, I'll definitely be back in the future for outfits. They have a lot of beautiful clothes that are also affordable, and that's what initially caught my eye. Kudos to their marketing and merchandise team for grabbing my attention from afar. I'd recommend this clothing store to anyone in the area looking for plus size fashion, lingerie and women's clothing. They're a store that's inclusive in terms of having clothing for women of all shapes and sizes which I can also appreciate seeing.

She asked if we were there for the hair salon and we told her we wanted to shop in the boutique. She then let us know we couldn't do business there because she was the only one in the establishment and was doing hair in the salon part of the store. While Torrid does tend to be expensive at full price, their sales allow me to find things at decent prices. Whether you shop online (where everything is typically at least 35% off) or in store, you can some solid items to add to your closet. I personally am at the loyalist level, so online shopping is that much easier for me because I don't have to pay shipping and makes it an obvious choice to buy when I find the extreme sales that make items less than $10.
