It is an outlet store, so items are as-is and some of the furniture is more messed up than they appear on the surface. Inspect each item REALLY carefully or you could get stuck with a damaged item. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!! I wish I could give this store 0 stars. These guys have been giving my Mom the run around for over a week. She paid to have a bed delivered and put together. We noticed within the 72 hr period that the bed was missing parts and put together incorrectly. The frame is slightly damaged. The store manager told her she has to wait until June 12th for someone to even come out and look at the bed! Are you kidding me!!! She's been on the phone with these jerks every day for over a week trying to get a new bed, but they won't help. They told her if she doesn't want to wait that she can call and order new parts and that we could fix it ourselves if she doesn't want to wait. How is it ok to tell a customer that. Do not buy from Ashley furniture if your product is not there at the store. We bought a $2000 sectional and were told it would be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. Okay no problem at all. We wait and it arrives a little after 3 weeks. We pick it up and bring it home and it's missing a cushion. Call them and they tell us they will mail us a new one to replace the missing piece. Wait 3 weeks and a foam cushion insert arrives without a cover. We call Ashley and it takes talking to 3 different people for them to realize that it was 2 separate parts that needed to be ordered. They "order it" for us. Wait 3 weeks and nothing arrives. Finally my wife goes to the store and they order it there and say a tech will come install it. Another cushion foam arrives in the mail not cover. They send me a scheduling notice for the tech. We choose 2 weeks away. Still no cover, we call and they say it will be drivers tomorrow to the warehouse. We wait around on the day the tech is supposed to install and guess what no cover. Supposed to arrive in another 3-4 weeks. So here I am, I have a sectional for 2+ months with a missing cushion. And I wasted a day waiting for a technician for no reason. I just moved into my home about a little over a month ago. I've used Ashley's one other time and it was a great experience/, however that was a different state. I ordered on 6/03- my stuff was expected to arrive within two weeks. I wasn't informed but my brother in law found out that Ashley's had an outage that affected all customers. I didn't receive an email about the issue. I looked up the website and it said it would be resolved within a few days. 15 days goes by and there was still no resolution.. that meant- they couldn't look up your order and provide a date for delivery. I called last week and the week prior and I kept receiving that my order would be available for delivery in two weeks.. but as soon as I threatened to cancel an order over $3,000 - they were quick to schedule me within a couple of days. The delivery guys were great! But! The sales woman inputted the incorrect sku and now one piece of furniture doesn't match the rest. Waiting a month and this is what happens. I'll never order from Ashley's again. I found another furniture company and the remaining rooms will be purchased from them. If you ordered from Ashley's in the last month... good luck!!! read more

I will never buy another piece of furniture from any Ashley. The salesman was helpful but ordered the wrong desk. I realized it pretty quickly and he corrected it. A few days later my desk was delivered. The delivery drivers told me the hardware was not available but they would leave the desk and order the hardware and it would be delivered to me in the mail. After a week I didn't receive it so I called customer service after 30+ minutes of the phone the CS person said she was ordering it, the call dropped. I called back 2 days later and was told my hardware was on the way. Now a month has passed I went back to the store they told me to call customer service 6 calls later in one day, because they repeatedly get disconnected I was told a technician would be contacting me I 48 hours. Of course no call. 3 calls today, now I'm told someone will contact me by Wednesday. I have repeatedly asked for supervisor. The worst customer service. Never ever use ASHLEY FURNITURE!! I have purchased a bed, couch and table with chairs. The bed had to be replaced within 2 weeks due to the base electronically not working. The couch had to be replaced due to the delivery guys dropping and breaking it. They LEFT the DAMAGED couch and I had to FIGHT to get it replaced. Now out table and chairs are PEELING apart and if you put any kind of warm plate on the table it will leave a steam mark. (This is not that hot of plates-Just ones we are eating off of.) The screws in the chairs have stripped out and the legs will not stay intact resulting in the clasping of the chair. Yes i purchased the 5 year protection plan that they conveniently will not HONOR. I was looking for matching end tables and a coffee table for my living room, and since it's so hard to find matching sets I decided to come to Ashley HomeStore Outlet. Many of their items have minor cosmetic blemishes (some major and they discount accordingly). I found my coffee table and 2 end tables almost immediately and the price was right for $408 for the whole set. Barak was really helpful and gave us suggestions on matching and followed us around to check prices on the clearance items. Will be back for sure to furnish rest of the house. Side note: it helps if you have a truck, the only delivery they offer is arranged by 3rd party, but all the heavy loading you ought to be prepared to do yourself if you want to save money on delivery. read more

i ordered furniture from asley. was told bedroom funiture would come from chatta with in 2 weeks. I was left voicemail that dresser and mirror were in. I asked about rest of furniture with no satisfactory response. I decided to cancel order. I also had ordered some living furniture. the sells person told me I would have to talk to manager. i called custOmer service and they said none of my order would arrive until after October 1. I had explained October was not acceptable due to family issues. after over a week and several emails I finally got email from sales manager that order canceled. I asked about my down payment and after a couple days the manager sent email that would apply to my mattress which was billed separately. I went to pay off mattress and was told I owed $600 in re stocking fee I cancel order in less than one week. I told him I wouldn't pay it and he said Yes I would because I signed contract. I tried to negotiate a smaller restock fee as none of my order was to arrive untill October. No cooperation The biggest problem was in front of other people the sales manager said that because of what I did I "took food from the mouths" of the sales lady's children. I'm soo disappointed In this furniture company . I was told when they delivered my bed that the delivery guys would haul off my old furniture , even had a note on the receipt that stated that ! Well I received a call on a Wednesday and was told it would be moved back a week because the base was on back order, this after we were told everything was available!!!!! So Friday I see a text that our stuff was being delivered on the original time, ( so we had to call and cancel our appointment we scheduled to do something else that day !!!!!!! When the delivery people get to our house, we remind them to haul off our old stuff . I see them talking outside , and the chicken sh- t head guy sends his helper in to tell us they don't haul old stuff out ( which again is on our receipt) !!! Absolute worst customer service and products of any retail store around. I purposefully went to a store to buy a couch because I needed one and they did not tell me the one I chose was on back order, they brought me just one small piece of the couch for delivery so that I could not return it/cancel the order. This small loveseat section of the couch is is nonfunctional. The cushions fall off of the base- and still no attempt for correction. A third day that the delivery is rescheduled for more than a month after I bought the couch, with just ONE day's notice. I had to take the day off of work to be home when the couch came in, too. This store has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I made a purchase in as-is condition, agreed upon and signed for the condition, and came back the next day to pick up. In the process of disassembling the desk to load into my car, they crew damaged it by flipping it over and kneeling on it. I have been given the biggest run around trying to resolve this and have not encountered a single helpful person. They say I am ineligible to for refund or exchange because I bought it as-is (not as-was, I guess). The salesperson who helped me was helpful, unfortunately he stopped working there in the two days that the call center gave me the runaround. They are sales focused, not customer focused. In fact, they have a counter on their front door and if they don't sell to you, it hurts their ratings (or something to that effect...they don't even want customers to use the main door for pickup). read more

At first, this place seemed great. The manager, Ben, was very friendly towards my roommate and me. He sold us a couch and we added on an extra delivery fee for convenience....which ended up being the most inconvenient situation and I would not recommend it to anyone. The delivery person apparently came to the apart, but never called us. They tried to reschedule but during work hours and we couldn't take off work again. Then, we picked it up ourselves but didn't get the delivery fee back. Once we unwrapped it, we saw that it was the wrong color..... Throughout this process we called multiple times a day for 3 weeks and ended up getting hung up on, had to take off work, never got calls back, find our own truck, and STILL never got our money back. Then, I went to the store and they said they could give $50 back. Even though the delivery fee was more. Then after being in the store in person and having him look at the receipt, he said we could get it back. But nothing more than that. Even though we had so many inconveniences. Poor customer service. Inaccurate information provided. Purchase of goods Tuesday was advised could get delivery Thursday. Delivery called to schedule delivery time for Friday- 5:30-8:30pm. Was told delivery on Thursday was not an option. Made arrangements for Delivery Friday- 5:30p-8:30pm. Could see there were previous issues on yelp noted and the same email was provided to "reach out" so my first choice was email them rather than list a poor review. (no reply) Delivery was not made until 9:30pm. paperwork clearly states if delivery isn't accepted could be charged additional delivery fee. Driver did offer to "reschedule" but again no promise the same wouldn't be a problem. Driver advised they were busy. Obviously customers time isn't as important or have any value to Ashley Homestore Outlet. Called the store direct to address issues. After 10min conversation was told "call this number" to find resolution. Followed directions given and again spent another 15min on the phone only be advised to email customer service. I brought to the CSR "Lisa" I was following the directions given and was asked to "hold" to which the line was disconnected after waiting on hold for a period of time. They did not measure the elevator or the stairs. They just eye balled the elevator and said that the sofa won't fit. They refused to use the stairs.
