Ricky and Lee were helpful friendly and tried very hard to make a sale. We were only in town for the day and hope to leave with a piece of furniture. Unfortunately their manager refused to sell floor stock and expected the customer to wait 4-6 weeks. This poor decision caused us to look elsewhere. We would have loved to buy from Lee and Ricky. read more

It took three people 45 minutes to complete our order. Since then it has been mixed messages on availability or delivery issues. Furniture broken and missing pieces. Can't find SKU to replace parts. Can't get replacements delivered. Avoid this chain of stores!!! read more

Do not lose your money. If you plan to buy here, plan to be out your hard earned money and have no furniture. Store looks really nice, staff were friendly and helpful when we visited. I was excited for furniture we purchased. We paid 50% of our order down. It has been nearly 3 months. I have called 5 times and they always say "someone will call back". No call back. No furniture. No communication whatsoever. Unbelievable this place keeps the lights on. Please save yourself the heartburn of having people steal your money. read more

buyer beware, terrible service. lies about delivery dates. waited 4 months on a couch that was supposed to be here in 2 weeks. Sleezy salesman. read more

The new store manager, today is his first day, is rude and unreasonable. He told me I needed to "lose the attitude or our conversation would be over". Was it an angry or hateful attitude? no. it was an "I'm very frustrated and disgusted with your stores service and policies" attitude. App that's not acceptable. Before you sign a purchase agreement make sure you pay attention to what terms you are agreeing to. He will enforce every word of it. And the terms are outrageous/unreasonable. read more

My son bought a $1600 sectional in May of 2024. He has not received his furniture nor will they rebate his money. I think maybe the manager is pilfering money because they did not give my son an invoice so corporate can not track the sale. We have called close to 20 times and the manager can never take our call and has never called us back. I talked to office manager and she just hangs up on us. It's been 9 months now and nothing has been done about the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY HOME STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER AND MORE REPUTABLE FURNITURE STORES IN THE AREA TO BUY FROM. read more

The worst furniture buying experience ever. Purchased a flex steel sofa in July was told delivery in 6 to 8 weeks. By mid October, haven't heard a thing. Calling five days in a row always told manager is unavailable but will call me back manager never called back. Never recommend the store. I am driving there today to cancel order (since the manager won't call me back. read more

I had ordered two reclining chairs, six months ago, from Ashley Furniture in Saginaw, MI. I have not received the chairs or the refund the manager promised. In addition the manager, Gabe, is now not return my calls. I have asked to speak to another manager and have not had a return call. There is no complaint system in place with corporate. I have spent $3,000. and do not have the furniture promised. I would never recommended this furniture store or shop there again. read more

I purchased a $2000 couch and have been waiting 5 months and still haven't gotten a firm delivery date. The sales lady told me delivery could 4-6 weeks may be a little longer for the holidays which was not honest. She also did not respond to my communications regarding my order. I waited two months and called asking for an update. They said due to the situation overseas it could take another 4 weeks. I waited and called and was told they didn't get it from the warehouse yet and it'd be another 2 weeks late. This happened for months. They never reached out to me for an update i have to keep calling just to be told i have to keep waiting. Very disappointing experience to have after purchasing my home. I cannot cancel the sale as my receipt i signed says i'll only get 20% of my money back. Will never shop here again read more

I ordered tv stand feb 22 2024 , still haven't got it, after numerous phone calls and " I don't know where it is I cancelled the order and wanted my money back . That's been a month still no refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. We purchased a couch, but it was never delivered. Whenever we called to find out where it was, someone said they would look into it and get back to us, but they never did. We are still waiting for that callback, and we have called nine times now and have been waiting over two months. I have now requested to cancel our order and await our refund. It is very clear none of their managers could care less about their customers except to get their money. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else. read more

I ordered furniture in March and due to COVID I just now received it September 14th. When it was delivered I instructed them how to get couch in and when they brought loveseat in took a piece of wood off my closet door frame!! Then instead of putting legs on each furniture piece they just left!! I'm afraid what will happen next Monday when the chair is delivered! Nothing has been offered for the inconvenience of no furniture for the past 5 months! The damage to closet he tried to say was cardboard but I have a witness who was here on delivery day! No apology. I will never shop here again!!!! Dissatisfied customer read more

Great customer service and friendly staff. I was looking for a new mattress and couldn't decide, they explained the difference in the ones I was looking at and even mentioned the price difference. I did not feel pressured and was not attacked at the door. read more

Usually never write reviews but this Furniture store was by far the Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I bought furniture here in July, Spent Over 3500 and was told 6-8. That was fine by me. I've waited until October to finally go to store and check on the status of my order. Spoke to a manager and she told me all my furniture will be here October 28th. I said that was fine but I asked her what if it's not here at that time. She tells me then I will be taken care of and given a refund. That was fine by me. Waited until November 8th to finally go back and check status of furniture again. Spoke to manager Paul this time. Told him the backstory. He goes to back and his conversation with Someone I'm not sure who but comes back saying since he doesn't see any of what I said on paper that he can't just believe me. Goes on to say that on my receipt say all sales are final. He says that my furniture is now going to be here Dec 02. So, I had him write that on paper and sign and give it to me. The whole time I'm trying to have a civil discussion with Manager Paul. He starts just getting more and more attitude and aggressive tone. If you are furniture shopping please do your self a favor and stay away from this store. It is a scam. Unless you want to wait 6 months for your furniture there are a lot better local places that will give furniture quicker. read more

I would rate this experience 0 stars if i could. Everyone that works at this store is a liar. The manager Paul is a JOKE. He takes 0 responsibility for anything and says everything is out of his control. I purchased a dining room table in July, paid full price up front. They gave me a measly piece of paper receipt with no tracking information or anything. The sales associate said it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks goes by and i have heard nothing. For the last 3 months i have been I calling and they hang up on me, ignore me, say they'll call back and don't, or straight up lie to me. I've heard every excuse in the book. They "can't see where it is in the system", the Suez Canal got backed up, they had a lot of people quit, they had a medical emergency', they're on lunch, literally all of them. I finally get ahold of a "manager", Paul, who is entirely useless. He promised me it would be delivered on October 30th. I call on October 29th because guess what, i haven't heard anything! And he says he "can't remember" what he says to costumers but he "doesn't think he would say that to me". REAL nice Paul! He's the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL and a JOKE of a manager. He offered no solutions, only continues to question me about why this happened? Like it's my fault? I finally say i want a refund and i do not want this table anymore and he continues to be unhelpful because he "doesn't do refunds and doesn't know how they processed". So basically I'm out $900 and no table 4 months later. This place is an absolute joke and every person who works there is scum. They're not even pleasant to talk with or helpful in any sense of the word. I couldn't be more disappointed. I typically do not write reviews and have been more than patient with them but the lack of communication with the customer is mind blowing. It feels like scam and i feel really sick thinking about how they treated and used me. Whatever you do avoid shopping at this terrible terrible place. read more

I ordered furniture in April was told it would take six weeks. A little after six weeks I called and asked the status of my furniture and was told that it would be a little longer. Waited longer called a few weeks later was told that there was a trucking strike and my furniture was sitting by the warehouse door waiting for a truck to pick it up and the truck strike just ended and they would pick it up. Waited a little longer call back to see the status of my Furniture was told that it had no legs. The legs were on backorder. Since it was ready the last time I called. I asked them who stole the legs off my couch? They asked me who could possibly tell me there was a trucking strike when I replied that it was that person himself he had no words. I am still being promised my Furniture, but it may be September. When I asked if I could just cancel the order I was told no that there is a restocking fee. Which makes me question what are they restocking? They haven't supplied anything yet. read more

I was under the impression I had 10 days to return my recliner if not happy and I returned it but they would not give me my money back I had to take in store credit which means I had to purchase from them instead of going to a different store to find a recliner I liked. great people and huge store some many options

Could NOT get anyone to help us. We don't like someone stalking us while we're shopping but at the same time it's appreciated when we're ready to purchase that somebody actually helps us! Found the sofa set we wanted. Took pictures of the tags containing the SKU, went to the desk in the back told them what we wanted and they said we needed to have our sales associate complete the transaction. Informed them that we had no sales person and that we were prepared to pay for and arrange delivery then. They told us to go to the person who greeted us, nobody greeted us. They sent us to the front desk and we explained everything we had explained to the back desk. Then they all got together and decided who was going to help us but nobody came back. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting... Nobody came back. So we decided that it was probably best that we not purchase our $3300 furniture sat there. Ashley, pay attention! You're losing customers. read more

I recently purchased a mattress, and frame. When it was delivered the frame was not delivered.I was very upset.I called the store and talked to the salesman, he stated that I did not pay for a frame. Don't Ever Shop Here. I ordered a dresser June 1st 2020. They failed to keep me updated with the status of when my item came instock. Of Course I am no fool so I begin to check on the merchandise I had purchased 12 days later. I was promised a delivery on the following Wednesday because the item had arrived in store that Monday. The Sales manager called me and said they would be an hour behind for delivery and instead of 1-3 the time would then be 2-4. Their story went from adjusting their arrival time to an hour later to we will deliver your merchandise Friday, then they called me three times that day and reminded me that they were not going to show. They gave an excuse of 1. There truck broke down 2. Our delivery guys wife just had a baby. 3. Not only will we be not delivering you your product the following day but they informed me that they would rather go to the tip of the thumb than thirty minutes North to my residence.4. Finally, as I continued to press for a delivery time already filled with anxiety because my new found worry as to the mechanics of their delivery trucks they called me and completely lied and said that it didn't come in and gave me a refund. This place sucks I never want to shop here again. A waste of time and savings!! read more

I have been looking for a couch for three weeks and I went to Ashley's on three different occasions during this this period. Every time the sales associate Bry was upfront with me about when furniture was supposed to be in( unlike Loves furniture) and listened to my concerns. The last time I went to Ashley's (very very desperate at this point) Bry spoke with her manager and they found me a sectional(exactly what I wanted )that I could take home this week. They were all so helpful. Best furniture store in Saginaw and Bry was awesome!! read more

This place is a joke!! I shopped online and picked out some furniture and then went to the store to see it, sit on it and order it. The price in the store was over $200 more but they told me they would honor the online price. Then they told me that since the items were in their Wisconsin warehouse that I would have to pay the freight in order to have it shipped. Is it my fault their storage is in Wisconsin?!?!?!?!? The woman working with me called for a manager and I said that is not right - should we go somewhere else, and he just said "OK" and we left. I hope this is the next store in Saginaw to close!!!! read more

If I could rate this store a ZERO I would. They are so unprofessional. They lack communication within their store and customers. This lady named "Marilyn" that answers the phone is really ignorant. She's very rude and incompetent. The managers are no help they will tell you one thing while another will tell you something different. I ordered my furniture with Joe on July 28th and he said everything will be there the next day, it is August 28th and now they're saying it won't be here until the middle of September. Do not go here unless you want terrible customer service. read more

We had great customer service from Pricilla! She was extremely helpful and has a great eye for design. She helped us pick out our dining room table set, area rug, and decor items. We can't wait for it all to arrive. She made our experience wonderful and we will be back to see her again! read more
