When my fiancé and I first got our puppy he began to show early signs of pretty bad separation anxiety so we began signing him up for Day Care & Training, and after just a few sessions his anxiety in the crate has almost completely gone away. When I picked him up, I was absolutely horrified. His eyes were bulging, bloodshot, and rolling back in his head. He looked completely out of it it was terrifying. I rushed him to the vet immediately, where I was told he had suffered from asphyxiation. I can't begin to describe how upsetting this has been. I've trusted your team with my little Malshi before and never imagined something like this could happen. I dropped him off believing he would be safe, cared for, and closely watched. But what I picked up was a traumatized, unresponsive puppy who is still, days later, not the same. Since bringing him home on Saturday at 4 PM, he has done nothing but sleep. His eyes can barely open, and he's completely lethargic. It's now Monday at 2:30 PM, and I'm still watching over him, worried sick, hoping he'll be okay. This is not normal and it's absolutely heartbreaking. I need to know how this happened. I need to understand how my puppy could've come so close to such a serious medical emergency under your care. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me and my poor pup an enormous amount of pain, fear, and distress. I'm asking for an immediate and honest response, and for you to take this as seriously as it deserves to be taken. My dog is not just a pet he's family Both groomer and shampoo young lady had absolutely no clue of his state .This place should be shut down the groomer obviously knows what she did to our little angel .I would definitely not recommend this to anyone who has a pet who is family we almost lost ours from being choked while grooming . Now that Sam has been to Groomsville a few times I can say they really deserve their great Yelp reviews! The place is spacious and busy, a good sign right away. The owner Pete is a real dog lover and a stand up guy. It was easy to schedule an appointment, plenty of parking out front, and they even confirmed the night before. I love that dogs can socialize with others rather than being locked up in cages like sad prisoners. Groomsville separates the little guys from the big ones for safety. I was so nervous about trying a new place, but when I picked Sam up he looked beautiful and perky. And I was pleasantly surprised that pricing was reasonable and they take credit cards. My dog looks great and I'm one happy dog mommy!

Despite that, I still gave them a chance, and the first groom turned out well. However, when I returned for a second appointment for a bath and groom, SIX hours later an entire 360 occurred. I was told by the owner "he cannot come anymore, he's too big and we are overwhelmed." Meanwhile This BLANCA the groomer told me herself she grooms this breed often is "experienced and "the best with schnauzers." The experience felt inconsistent, unprofessional, dismissive and discriminatory in nature. my trained k-9 is being told he's sweet and has no issues but your denying service after payment. I'm in law enforcement) service after you took my money. The owner was rude and the groomer refused to be direct as she spoke with me and even booked me for several upcoming appointments and none of this " overwhelming ,shoulder pain " talk was mentioned. Do better with scheduling and your setup. To have two shops and turn a dog away that did nothing wrong is absurd. Either I was not given accurate information from the start, or the business is not properly equipped to handle certain dogs despite accepting them initially and having relocations . Either way, it was a waste of time and very degrading to be discriminated against and given a BS excuse. This place is not a reliable grooming option.
