Then we waited,and waited. Many calls no answers. Half of the cabinets came Aug 30th the other half Sept.11th.Counter top was going to come 10 days later.That came 3 weeks late. Chip in the counter,other things wrong. The owner tried to add more money later telling us the cabinet installation was 1,600.00.extra. We lived without water,stove,etc. for 5 mos now and it is still not done and still every day a NIGHTMARE.Stay away from Tri City Kitchens and Baths

I had a bathroom that needed to be renovated except the tub and toilet, but we needed all of the…read morefixtures. I said, let's go to ACE. It was a gut feeling I had. Eric was able to help us with matching the fixtures to the tub and tile. We went away from chrome, looked at nickel and finally came up with oil rubbed bronze. So Eric gave us a catalog with the shower tub and sink fixtures. He also asked if we needed accessories. So he added a matching grab bar, towel bar, toilet paper holder, robe hook and toilet flushing lever to the pending order. He was right on the phone with suppliers while we waited. We also ordered cabinets above the vanity and toilet. The price was a little higher than we expected, so we were going to get the items at one of the big box hardware stores. I told Eric what we were going to do, but asked if he could keep the order in the queue, because I had a feeling we'd be back. So I tried to get what I needed from the big box store. Some of the items were either out of stock (even though listed on website) or weeks away from being available. It was going to be a long drawn outgame of mix and match with the fixtures and I was unsure if it was of the same quality even though I had been able to get most of the tile from the same big box hardware store. Then I thought about an engineering saying: Cheap, fast or good quality - pick two. So we went back to ACE. All of the items were there in the building except the tub drain and toggle and the cabinets. We placed the order. We went from the beautiful showroom to a warehouse that looked like it was straight out of "Indiana Jones" or "Warehouse 13." The other items arrived in time to be installed by either me, our contractor or plumber. Once everything was installed I realized I needed a shower curtain rod to match the fixtures. I called Eric, he ordered it. That will be here in a few days and the project will be done. I promised to write a review on Yelp. Then I saw I posted a review January 2015 (the original gut feeling). I was surprised no other reviews have been written since then. I realized that this is where most of the local professional plumbers go for their supplies. These professionals just use word of mouth.

I called the sales desk to talk with the sales guy he was just a rude a hole. I asked several time to speak with a manager he did hot comply and told me I was being rude I asked him are we having a communication issue. He agin told me I was being rude. Besides, there is a local (dependable) service rep. We wanted to help our community by buying local--especially not from a box store. Appliances Plus Audio was one of the few places that carried this brand. I brought in a specification sheet with the model wanted. Although there were no floor models to inspect, warehouse manager Luis knew this product, thoughtfully citing its pluses and minuses. Then sold on Bosch, he quoted a fair price. The appliance was delivered on-time and professionally installed. We love our new Bosch, and are glad we went to Appliances Plus Audio to buy it. Well done!
