I had a very disappointing experience working with Ashley Austin Homes. During our initial meeting, Ashley seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made me feel confident about moving forward. Unfortunately, once we became clients, communication became a major issue. She was extremely difficult to get a hold of, and getting responses to calls or messages was frustratingly slow. Several other agents even mentioned to me that they were also having trouble getting their calls returned when trying to communicate with her regarding my home. This lack of communication made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Ashley Austin Homes. read more

We feel so fortunate to have found Ashley and her team when we moved to Austin. Ashley helped us find the right house in the perfect neighborhood. She was patient and understanding especially since we were buying a home during a pandemic. Ashley always had our best interest at heart. We never felt pressured to make an unreasonable offer just so she could get a sale. We found our perfect home and we appreciate everything Ashley has done to help us. We highly recommend Ashley Austin Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

It's hard to articulate how whole-heartedly I recommend Ashley as an agent! I had worked with four agents before her: two in LA and two in Austin. Some of them were extremely successful and all lovely people but Ashley is cut above. I felt 100% taken care of at every turn and 0% pressured at any point. She and her whole team (shout out to Nicole and Chelsea!) are so quick to respond that you feel like their only client. I got the first house I went for because of the offer she helped me craft. Once I was under contract, I was connected to a wonderful network of individuals of inspectors, lenders, insurance brokers, etc. Ashley has a guy or gal for literally everything and they're all just as professional, sharp and warm as she is. She walked a perfect line of advocacy for me in negotiations - not too aggressive but firm enough so as not to leave anything on the table - and I got the concessions I hoped for. It was daunting to start the process as a single mom juggling so many responsibilities without a partner to bounce things off of but in the end, I didn't feel alone in the least because Ashley and team were there for every single question/concern/clarification no matter how large or small. With some other agents, I sensed an element of desperation, that I was more of a lead to convert than a mother looking to find the perfect home for her and her daughter which always led to a lack of trust for me. Ashley's doing just fine in her career, she didn't neeed my business and that made me trust that she had my best interest at heart. It's kind of like a relationship - who wants a needy or pushy partner? Not me but this is one long-term relationship I'm happy to be in. I'll work with Ashley on my next house without hesitation and look forward to leaning on her for referrals and attending her creative, fun client appreciation events in the interim. read more

Ashley and team are amazing! She returned my call within minutes, came to visit the next day and gave us a solid comp. With the help of her team and resources we were on the market in 2 weeks and sold that weekend for $75K over list. Her team also helped us find a rental and my new home...they showed me close to 20 listings and were patient and helpful the entire time. I love my new home. Thank you Ashley Austin Homes! read more

My husband and I only had a few days to find the perfect house when relocating to Austin from Las Vegas. Ashley did an amazing job of listening to our 'must haves' and 'nice to haves' and pulling together some fantastic options in a very short time frame. In the end we had a REALLY hard time deciding because there were so many that were a perfect fit! My husband is a British citizen and we were concerned we might have issues securing the mortgage. However, Ashley guided us through the whole process and found a mortgage company to handle our unique situation in no time. Overall, two thumbs up! read more

Ashley and her team were amazing. My primary concern with selling my home was the amount of personal time and effort it was going to take. Ashley and Claire identified all the vendors I needed, at competitive prices to the ones I had already investigated, and then set everything up with lock boxes, etc., so that all I needed to do was write a check. Furthermore, once we were ready to go to market, the pictures and advertising that Ashley exectuted made my home #1 in rankings on Zillow for over a week (for similar homes). We found a buyer within the time Ashley expected and then Ashley was able to get a good negotiated price very quickly. The whole process was easy, fast, and very effective. Ashley and her team are very good at their jobs and are an excellent fit for a busy professional with a family. read more

I just closed on purchasing a townhouse with Ashley Stucki and her team. Special thanks go to Chelsea and Erica. I couldn't be more happy or thankful. I started the process a couple of months ago when I started casually looking for places on my own using Zillow. When I was ready to actually go see some, I quickly realized I had questions and I needed a Realtor. I reached out to Ashley, and we immediately connected. What struck me the first time we met, and ever since, is how responsive and caring she and Chelsea are. They were there for me whenever I had a question or wanted to see a place. It was truly incredible. I would casually say, oh, I'd like to see such-and-such place, and they would make it happen that same day or the next day. And then once I found the home of my dreams (I'm so happy), there were all of these random things with inspections, etc. Well, they were there every step of the way. They are so available via text, email, etc. They're also incredibly knowledgeable. I liked being able to call or text Ashley and say, OK, what do you think? Is this a good or bad idea? Is this a good or bad offer? She is such a real person, and I really trust her advice. What I love about Chelsea is her positive energy and her eye for things when we were looking at homes that I didn't have. She would notice where furniture placement could be or how storage could be used that I never would have thought of. Erica has been amazing these past two days. Her caring, grounded energy made the closing process wonderful. Good luck in your home search or selling! read more

Ashley and her buyers assistant Chelsea were AMAZING. Are you on the fence? Hire them. We primarily worked with Chelsea as the point of contact. Ashley came in at various times to advise, affirm decisions and assist with our development plans. We weren't sure how crazy we were trying to buy a home remotely. We knew we wanted to relocate to Austin and selected a general area, but still had a vague understanding of what was going to work best for us. From the beginning, Chelsea and Ashley made us feel at ease with the process, indicating that they had much experience with remote buyers and that they would go above and beyond the hunt to ensure that we would land the right home. So the first step was finding the right neighborhood. We could only get a basic idea of neighborhoods while searching online. Any questions that came up I would text Chelsea and she gave quick and detailed responses to provide us with a better understanding of the character and types of homes within each area. My wife traveled to meet with Ashley and Chelsea and came back home with confidence in the team. She found that they took notes of what her preferences were and seemed to have a clear understanding that they would put forth to examining any potential homes. This was illustrated during our search as Chelsea visited homes for us and gave us honest feedback on what would not be appealing to us. We ruled out several homes that looked good on listing, but Chelsea was able to see that we would not be happy there. I really appreciated her objective feedback that only reaffirmed that she knew what we wanted and would help us find that right house. At times she video chatted with us as she walked through homes, giving note to nuances, it was as if we were there ourselves. When we found what seemed like the right home, Chelsea worked overtime and got the house in contract on the same day. The only issue was on updating the home to our preference, and that is when Ashley stepped in. She had a number of remodeling connections and arranged to meet me at the property. We walked through and right away painted a picture of how to transform the home to make it improved and to our liking. I saw some of the other homes that she updated and sold, so I knew that she and her contractors could make our exciting new home perfect. Then negotiations happened and Chelsea and Ashley came through with some major improvements for the seller to take care of before we closed. I haven't seen what other negotiations she's done for buyers, but for us it couldn't have been handled better. We were not going to have to lose money that we wanted to use on remodeling for necessary repairs. They got the seller to cover that. Bonus: At some point during our closing period, I had some medical problems. It was a really scary day and there was an ambulance involved. Ashley and Chelsea sent me a get well gift on the same day and it made me feel so much better. Actually, every time I became nervous or getting cold feet, a conversation with Ashley or Chelsea would set me right back into feeling good about our choices and direction. I am so excited for our new home and community. Chelsea and Ashley made everything seem to work out right. Oh, and a shout out to Ashley's assistant Claire, who was very organized and made the crazy volume of paperwork super easy. read more

There are so may good things to say about Ashley & Chelsea. They were always attentive to every detail and always made me feel like they were listening. They never seemed to be bothered about our requests even when they were redundant. They made sure we got everything we needed in our new home and then some. They fought to get us a good deal and took care of every little detail. The process was stress free thanks to them! I really think they are amazing. I would feel 100% confident recommending them to all of our friends and family. read more

We happened upon Ashley at an open house she was hosting. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. Since what we were looking for was right in her wheel house she let us know that she would be happy to take us on as clients. The amount of attention Ashley and her staff give you makes you feel like you are one of their only clients. This is such a comforting feeling, especially for those who are 1st time buyers like we were. In addition they were very patient during the process, but direct when it came time to pull the trigger. This allowed us to land the home that we wanted without unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough! read more

Ashley helped me to upgrade to a newer and larger home in Circle C--in record time. I started casually looking in February, expecting the process of finding the right house at the right price to take some time. Thanks to Ashley's Circle C expertise, in 2 weeks, we found the perfect house for me and had closed the deal--in about 15 days. Now, I needed to sell my existing house. Well, miracles can happen, even in this market. By the end of March, Ashley found a buyer for my existing home in Circle C. My home never went on the market--not even for one day. Even though my house was in top-condition, I never imagined that I could sell it so fast. What made the difference, without a doubt, were Ashley's connections, professional know-how, great advice, hands-on guidance, and motivation. read more

If you want to sell your home quickly for a great price, you need to have Ashley Stucki be your agent. Ashley's team represented us in both the sale of our house and the purchase of the new house. There was a need to move quickly on our part because we purchased the new home before we sold the old home. Ashley and her team negotiated the new home to our great satisfaction and then marketed our old house for sale. From the first step to the last, we felt that we were in very capable hands. The home sold in 11 days flat. Ashley's executive assistant Chelsea is a very important part of the operation. She organizes, processes, and sends out all the required paperwork with no errors and with unbelievably quick turnaround. If you are buying or selling, you really need to call Ashley. My husband and I just worked with Ashley to purchase our first home. Ashley is absolutely amazing, and was such a godsend to us as first-time homebuyers. She is incredibly helpful, she really listens to our questions, our preferences, and our interests. She is also untiring: we were always shocked and grateful to find her responding to our questions late at night or early in the morning! She helped us find our home, and then she worked relentlessly to help secure that home, working around the clock to meet a quick closing deadline so that we could have our closing costs paid. She helped us find a great lender who worked well for the property we wanted when our lenders fell through. She is really devoted to her clients, and we could not have found a better realtor. We will certainly use her again when the time comes to sell this house! read more

If you are thinking of selling or buying a home, talk to Ashley Stucki of Ashley Austin Homes. She and her staff are wonderful. We listed our home with her on a Wednesday; she had her stager come on Thursday and her photographer took amazing photos on Friday. She held an open house on Sunday and got 2 offers on the house. Unfortunately, two weeks in to the closing process, the buyer's financing fell through and we had to put it back on the market. The same day we put it on the market, we got another offer and we closed on the house three weeks later. Through the entire process Ashley and Claire were always positive and available to answer any question any time of the day. Seriously, these ladies must work around the clock. We talked to them early in the morning and late at night. They responded quickly to texts. As a seller, I can't tell you how important it is to know that your agent is there for you. Rachael, the stager, has impeccable taste. She transformed our home by adding artwork, pillows, lamps, etc. to the furniture we already had. I took note of what she did and will be replicating that in my new home. There are thousands of real estate agents in Austin, but if you want the very best give Ashley a call. read more

Ashley and Claire are an incredible team. My husband and I just sold our home, and fully planned to interview at least two realtors prior to listing. Ashley was the first, and we didn't feel the need to "get a second opinion". It was an excellent decision. We received lots of support along the way, as well as helpful suggestions. Rachael was also great. After we went "live" on MLS, we had two offers and were under contract within 72 hours. The appraisal and closing were smooth processes as well.
