i have really fought myself and tried not to have to write this review. A few weeks back, i was…read moreovercharged $3.00 on my purchase. i went back in and asked for my receipt, and i showed the cashier her mistake. instead of just giving me my $3, i had to call corporate and wait weeks for a whopping $10 gift card, which forces me to spend my money with them. That's a stupid policy. Today i tried to spend my money that they are forcing me to spend there, and the gift card doesn't work! How greedy! How stupid! i was a daily customer! it was clearly their mistake. if you shop there, bring a calculator and double check the total, because if they overcharge you, you'll never see that money. They dont trust their own cashiers to handle a $3 mistake. why on earth should we trust their employees if they dont? This place would benefit from new, less greed focused management. if it were my business, i would have apologized and comped the customer's whole purchase instead of losing a daily customer.
