I've been most impressed with his responsiveness to my questions. Dr. Schechter and his staff use a secure and compliant email service that I've found very helpful. I've had some basic questions about meds and one question that required more urgent feedback. I sent an email and his responses were always quick and helpful. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Schechter has also used the secure email portal to send his patients information and updates about the crisis which I've found very helpful. This type of outreach shows his dedication to his patients and is quite unusual for most docs. Parking is metered on the street. There are typically lots of spots available along Washington.

If this HACK diagnosed me correctly two years ago, I wouldn't have needed invasive surgery that I am still recovering from 2 months later. His dereliction of duty was truly devastating. If you want your insurance to be billed needlessly, and for your medical issues to never be resolved, then this is the doctor for you. But if you actually value your health, go to literally anybody else. Also, he is NOT a proctologist, he barely even qualifies as a colorectal. If you are looking for a real proctologist, Dr. Maz Ghodsian is nearby and amazing. And if you are looking for a real colorectal surgeon who will actually heal you, Dr. Moshe Barnajian is a literal miracle worker. It took both of these doctors to get me healthy after the shameful negligence of this imposter.

From the beginning, the staff was patient, kind, and respectful. Dr. Bereliani was professional and thorough, and he made the process smooth and comfortable for my mom. I would also like to give a special thank you to the office manager, Ruby, who truly went above and beyond. My mother needed an X-ray to complete the paperwork, and Ruby personally contacted the insurance company to help get it covered. That saved us a significant amount of money, and we are very grateful for her effort and care. We chose this office because of their reasonable pricing, and we are so glad we did. The office has super thin walls so you hear everything in the rooms + the common corridor I was told that patients are to examine their own lab results and that the doctor does not review them unless specifically asked by patients or when the lab calls him for life threatening results The doc marked off and billed my insurance for every test besides the 1 test that was concerning and what I had actually come in for Dealing with the billing after each visit was just as unenthusiastic as the appointment itself When I questioned the invoice from the lab, I was told that I, as the patient need to tell the doctor what tests he needs to ask the lab for Unfortunately, In my experience with this office, It felt like all they want to do the bare minimum & just bill your insurance and they don't actually care about the actual patients :-/

It's crazy-making health care reflecting unscrupulous doctors EXPLOITING patients to give them as little as possible and still bill for the "service." I contacted the office of a cardiologist who I had seen a few years ago and really liked to see if I could get an appointment. The office said that since it had been over three years since I had seen the doctor, I would be considered a new patient, and it would be a five month wait until I could get an appointment. What?!? I got in touch with my surgeon's office, and they referred me to Dr. Shervin Eshaghian at Beverly Hills Cardiology. Although the office is not close to where I live, I was desperate to find someone that could see me. I called the office on a Thursday afternoon and was helped by Amy. She was able to offer an appointment on Monday morning! I was very thankful that they would be able to fit me at such a last minute. The offices are located in Century City. The parking structure was very crowded, and I would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes ahead of an appointment to have time to park and get to the office. There is valet available and the valet attendants were very nice, and they worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The appointment went very well and everyone that I encountered was professional and great to work with. Evelyn A. took care of taking my vitals prior to seeing the doctor and she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after seeing her, Dr. Eshaghian started the exam. He learned about all the details of my upcoming surgery and was able to set me up with an echocardiogram on the spot. Chris conducted the echocardiogram and explained everything that was going on with the test. I have never had an echocardiographer provide so much information while having the test. When all was said and done, I was cleared for the surgery three days later. I was in the hospital for four nights. Each day, Dr. Eshaghian stopped by to check in on me, which I truly appreciated. He is very caring and going forward, I will gladly drive the extra distance to remain one of his patients.

He tried calling the number listed on their ZocDoc page and only reached an answering service -- no help at all. After all of that, Jordan/Jordyn called me and was immediately dismissive and accusatory, insisting there was "no way" any of that could have happened because they'd been sitting there the whole time. There was zero empathy or concern for a new patient's experience, just attitude. My husband and I were both planning to switch here after our previous primary moved out of state. After this interaction, I can confidently say it will NOT be with this office.
