I love that they have a big selection of RAW products as well, those are my favorite. The young man that was behind the counter wasn't to knowledgeable about some of the products but on the other hand, I gave him three thumbs up for being honest that he didn't have too much knowledge about the products and the questions that I was asking about, but his smile and eager to please was impressive, and his attitude was awesome to see. He tried his best to give good answers to my questions, but when he did not know, he admitted that and didn't try to upsell me or not try to manipulate me in any way to buy any such product come to find out there was a good product and he showed me all three brands. I decided to buy one of the brands, but again I would say I would visit the store again and if you're into certain vapes, it's a pretty clean, reasonable pricing store and in a good area parking is wide open all in all good experience

I admit I was wearing sweats and looked a bit out of sorts but BOY did the morning attendant really treat me lesser than trash. BEWARE of asking ANY questions too, this terrible rep hates repeating himself. After 3 simple questions. Also, be sure to provide a license upfront because electronic CADMV is not accepted. Honestly I'm hiding ANY time that guy is around. He made me feel like my money wasn't good enough and I seriously wait til Kevin is in so I don't have to talk or feel demeaned by that terrible day attendant. 10-6 avoid AT ALL COSTS (!!) I'd like to add that as a business owner it brings me no joy in writing such a negative review. However, irate, rude, and disgruntled customer service makes a business, no money. Please keep that in mind next time your representative judges a book by its cover.

Specially Nadia. She really came through in a big way for me. I have been researching vaping for the last couple of months and when I came across fatcat vape shop, I was very skeptical and hesitant due to the experiences I've been having at other vape shops, but when talking on the phone with John, I realize that this place cares about their customers and had wide knowledge of my questions and that was very impressive to me anyway awesome place if you're interested in transitioning from smoking to vaping these are the people to see they care they'll answer any questions you have and if they don't know, they will find out. They are very much invested in your health and helping you in the best way they can again folks this is a great place to go. He was speaking about "fucking muslims" and that his "Viking blood makes it hard to see people who look like they aren't even from here hitting women and shit". It wasn't even a passing comment, he continued on this gross rant until I decided to say "Y'know, this isn't the best conversation to be overhearing as I make my purchase". Then he mentioned something to the effect of "That's why I love working here. I can say what I want and they're cool with it". If what he says is true, and Paramount Imports is totally comfortable with their staff going on racist rants on the sales floor, then I am perfectly happy going somewhere else. I am just making this review so that others - particularly any Muslim people - stay away from this place. It's unfortunate, because it's an otherwise cool place.

If you're 4/20 friendly and have not been here... what are you doing?? (Haha!) Actually, it's not just for people who are 4/20 but for people who are into art, jewelry, crystals and anything "mystical." I spoke to the person at the front and they gave me a little history. Apparently, Paramount Imports is the oldest headshot in NorCal, they've been open since 1967 (hella long!). That means they've withstood and represent the "psychedelic age." I trust this place and the quality of products that they provide. For example, their products include: - Smoke items such as the usual pipes, bongs, hookah sets, vaporizers, pax and microvapes It's always nice to come in and look at the different pipes that they sell. They have lots of smoking accessories such as grinders, glass replacement parts, cases - They have a ton of interesting books about marijuana, crystals, drinking games, growing wild mushrooms lol you name it! - Cool cards and tarot reading materials - Lots of posters, tapestries, - Variety of jewelry, crystals, incense, sage, palo Santo, - Mystical statues, toys/gifts - Clothes for all ages ranging from tie dye, sarong, gloves, hats band T's etc I would consider taking someone here for a date if they're into any of the things I listed ^^
