It's a scam. I went…read morehere for about 2 months. I was in terrible pain the first appointment and they wouldn't adjust me.. made me wait till my next appointment 5 days later. The adjustments did not help. I was even feeling worse at one point and the doctors kept saying "oh yeah it's normal to feel worse at first" - with no real legitimate explanation. I did eventually feel a little better but I don't think it was because of their adjustments. I found the doctors either condescending or creepy. When I asked one of the drs if he recommends any exercises to strengthen my back, maybe something that isn't as intense as what I normally do which is deadlifts, since my back is still recovering, he said "You do deadlifts?" and literally laughed in my face. (I'm a young woman.) That was the last straw. I feel like these people actually do take themselves seriously and believe they're helping. So maybe some clients sense that and believe in them. But they're not really doing anything. Save yourself the trouble, and the money!

I am sure the founders of this practice mean well, but it didn't work for me…read more I was hesitant to join after an exam that they do on you that shows many colors indicating how your spine is, etc. I asked a few friends who are doctors, and they were not a fan, as it seemed gimmicky. Well, I ended up joining, and blah! Total waste of money and time. I would go to the appointment, and they spent literally 5 minutes. They use the tool on a few spots, and that's it. My back pain never improved. I decided to terminate my membership, and they wanted me to do it in person. I'm old enough to know that's a marketing trick. I told them I would not waste another second of my time in that office, and they finally canceled it. Look, if you have a deep pain like I had, this place is not for you. Thankfully, I found a great physiatrist in Wappingers Falls, and voila..my pain is gone without drugs, just actual treatment and therapy.

My husband had a serious back injury and Dr Mazzarelli helped him recover. My husband was in terrible pain and had difficulty walking, so the thought of any adjustments was not possible. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this office…read more I originally had an appointment on September 4 that I had to reschedule because I was sick and had been hospitalized. I spoke with the secretary and was given a new appointment for September 17 at 4:30 PM. I wrote the appointment down in TWO separate calendars and also have text messages related to my scheduling. When the day of my appointment came, I was suddenly told that I had no appointment and that another appointment had never been made. Instead of anyone taking the time to investigate what may have happened with the scheduling, I felt as though the responsibility was immediately placed on me. I then tried to resolve the situation and schedule another appointment. I explained that I normally need later appointments because of my work schedule, but when morning appointments were offered, I agreed that I could make September 28 work. Dr. Brown then told me to call back the following week to make sure I could "commit" to the appointment. That comment was incredibly upsetting because I had already explained that my original appointment had to be changed because I was ill and hospitalized. I also specifically asked the secretary whether I had previously been marked as a no-show and was told no, only to then receive conflicting information from Dr. Brown indicating that I had. When I called the office back because I was upset and wanted clarification, at one point the line appeared to become unattended and it sounded as though the phone had been put down while I was trying to speak. Mistakes happen. An appointment being entered incorrectly could have been resolved with an apology, a review of what happened, and an attempt to accommodate the patient. What upset me most was how the situation was handled afterward. I felt dismissed and treated as though I was unreliable when I was actively trying to resolve the problem and continue my care. I left this experience extremely upset. Patients should be able to expect accurate scheduling, consistent information about their appointment history, and respectful communication when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I saw several chiropractors, thinking someone could fix the pain. Sometimes it would work for a few days, but then it would come back. Until I visited Dr. Diego Marmanillo in December 2024. The first treatment was like the others. The pain went away for a few days and then came back. I went back again and asked Dr. Diego, "Is there anything else you can do to take away the pain?" He said yes, there is a treatment that athletes use, but some insurance companies don't cover it. I said no problem. If the pain goes away, it's worth it. He took me to the SOFTWAVE TRT room. It's a machine like an ultrasound machine. He turned it on and ran it all over my waist. The machine has a plastic ball that pricks like a needle, but it only pricks in the areas where there is pain. When it passes over an area where there is no pain, you don't feel anything. I LIKED THAT. Because I felt that something was working. It took about 5 minutes. It passed over the areas where I had pain. I AM A FAITHFUL WITNESS. The pain went away instantly. It was very nice to know that the pain was gone. The pain did not return for two weeks. I went back for the same treatment and the pain went away again. This SOFTWAVE TRT is wonderful and really works. Now I understand why athletes get injured and return to play in a few days. My pain is chronic. But this miracle makes my life much easier. Thank you, Dr. Diego, for recommending this treatment to me. I RECOMMEND IT 100%. I am a real witness. I am a kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor in NYC and throughout the Hudson Valley (Homepro.nyc). Because of my work as a contractor, I have back problems, and Softwave TRT has helped me live a more peaceful life. THANK YOU. B.L.
