The crew was "Team 3" which did such great work. Less than one day to complete with attention to every detail and excellent clean up. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of pruning, trimming and tree shaping they performed. I wish I knew about this company years ago.

They also pruned the neighbors apple tree that was dropping a 5 gallon bucket daily of split apples in my yard. I have not had one apple end up in my yard since their great efforts. They also trimmed the canopy of a maple in my front yard that delivery trucks kept hitting. Everything was professional from the estimate to their workers arriving on time. I had another estimate that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but decided these guys were going to use more modern methods of using a lift to get to the high branches. Their clean up job was complete I found a few leaves and small twigs in the yard but for taking an entire tree down they did an amazing job with the haul away and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have need of more tree work.

Quality Performance was used to trim a laurel hedge and remove a tree on the property line with my…read moreneighbors. The trimming and tree removal went fine, but they neglected to trim about 6 ft of the laurel hedge. In the written estimate that all parties agreed to it stated "reduce laurel to 10ft." When I called Quality Performance to discuss finishing the laurel job they explained that the whole hedge was not part of the estimate. I explained that nowhere in the estimate did it say they would not trim back the entire hedge. They began blaming my neighbor for the miscommunication when it is Quality Performance's responsibility to clearly indicate what is to be completed in the estimate. When I read "reduce laurel to 10ft" I assumed that meant the entire hedge and not a partial job. The worst part of working with this company was their customer service. What is clearly their responsibility they turned back around on me and my neighbors and were not open to listening or making the situation right. I will not work with this company again and I recommend anyone deciding to use them to be extremely clear in their written communication about what is to be completed in the job.

They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry of an estimate. In deciding to go with them, Gordon and his crew were outstanding and amazing in their removal of the trees without any fence or deck damage. And, all in one day! Their clean up of all the debris was impeccable, including replacing heavy yard items I had not been able to move out of their way initially. My neighbors even complimented their courtesy, professionalism, and care as they had to clean up a bit of lighter debris that had fallen into their yard. I can't recommend this company based on a recent experience with them. Azteca Tree Service was…read morehired to remove trees from my neighbors property. Two trees were near the property line with one tree leaning over my property. They tied a cable to the tree to hopefully pull the tree as it fell away from my property and onto my neighbors property. The tree had significant lean with large branches directly over my property. Tree fell entirely on my property damaged my tractor shelter and they have been stringing me along for three weeks so far regarding paying for repair. Three main issues with the work, 1) no communication ahead of time letting me know, I could have moved items though the tractor shelter wouldn't have been movable, the tree and branches missed a trailer and if had fallen 5 feet further south would have taken out a $15k tractor 2) thinking a cable would defy gravity should have been a no brainer and 3) after agreeing to pay for a new cover, they have ignored numerous requests for updates to the point based on no updates to my requests I am left to believe they have no intention to do the right thing. Do not use these guys to do tree removal!!!
