There can be long queues at peak times (ie when people are on their way home from work) although in my experience they move along quite quickly. The choice is a bit limited for a major shop, though, and they don't provide trolleys, just baskets. Usefully, there are two 24 hour free cash-points outside.

The store does support Sainsbury's Smartshop, although the signal inside the store can be a little patchy, which again makes the process difficult. I did have a problem finding a QR code to start my shop, for some reason they have them in random places around the store, rather than by the entrance which would make the most sense! (Even the friendly staff couldn't find it!) The store does have a good range of products for a small store, you can get essentials from here, and a little bit more but it would be difficult to do your weekly shop here, and they do not offer most of the services which most of the big Sainsbury's stores do. The store did appear to be very clean, there were staff members sanitising and cleaning everything. A large number of self-service checkouts was also useful and allowed me to get in and out of the store quickly. 3* - Although I couldn't find the items I wanted, this store certainly isn't bad and is in a great location for Fulham Broadway Underground and Stamford Bridge. I do prefer Whole Foods nearby, which is a good shout if you have more time.

There is also a Cafe. There are more tills in this Tesco that I have ever seen anywhere, and they are very prompt in opening more if a queue builds up. Inside the store is quite small but reasonably well stocked with the basics. They have 2 cashpoints and 2 self service tills but recently this have not been in use. At the end of the day you can quite often pick up bargins of reduced food as this store closes at 11pm. A convienient store to pick up top up or forgotten groceries.
