This place is sort of like the shops you'll find in Grand Central (Quiggins), but it seems to stock a lot more than some of those small shops. There are rails and rails of vintage dresses, skirts, and blouses in all different colours, fabrics, textures, and sizes. There is a LOT to see here! You'll also find tons of jewellery including lovely brooches, rings, necklaces, and more. There are glass cases of jewellery, and there are drawers and bowls full of rings that you can pick through. Everything is well arranged and tidy. This lady also makes her own jewellery and can do repairs on certain items if you just ask. :)

The clothing is quite unique and different to most clothes you would find on the high street although, it does remind me of european fashion. The styles which they stock are great and the prices are very reasonable to say it is a branded product. Sizing is an issue in this store because it is very confusing and this is where the brilliant and helpful staff come in very handy. The shop is very tidy and all the clothes are presented well. I would buy more clothes from here if they changed the collections more often.

The atmosphere is really relaxed and peaceful. It is full of Buddhas and Incense sticks and scented candles and novelty candles. They have little sets of candles that spell out I LOVE YOU and HAPPY BIRTHDAY as well as for the festive season candles that spelt out HAPPY NEW YEAR and MERRY CHRISTMAS. They also have a large selection of hand made jewellery as well as ethical begs and accessories. I bought Christmas presents for my best friend there - A glas wall plaque saying PEACE and a gorgeous incense stick holder in the shape of the Buddha. Another great accolade to this store is the friendliness of the staff. They are helpful but not intrusive. They say Hi to you as you enter but in a pleasant polite and friendly way as opposed to being in your face. As the asistant carefully wraped my gifts, we chatted about the holidays and the weather and as I left she wished me farewell and welcomed me back again. I can't wait to visit again - even if it is just to browse.

The selection in terms of jackets and underwear seemed poorer than my local Manchester Arndale branch (the Manchester store is larger and did open recently, however), but in general, they did have a decent selection with some sale items. The staff member working seemed pretty friendly which was good to see, especially with many other stores around the shopping centre having staff that were either rude or just didn't stand out. I wouldn't say it is the best in the shopping centre for anything in particular, but it is a pretty cool store and definitley worth a look around when they have one of their regular sales. 3*

Jack & Jones is a menswear shop that stocks essentials and also quite fashionable and trendy clothing which makes a statement. The set out of the store is quite open and uncluttered and it is easy to look around. I think that the fashion clothing in this shop has become less daring over the space of a year and now they seem to just sell clothing that they know will sell. The staff in here are quite helpful and friendly. You need help finding the english prices on the tags because there are lots and lots of countries on it. A while ago, staff used to come straight up to you upon walking in which felt quite intimidating yet very helpful if you actually need help. Now, they aren't so bad. The prices are quite reasonable on some products and on others they are a bit expensive. Always worth a look though.

All the products are always in their specific places at all times and so it is always very tidy. Seating is available in the middle so it is easy to try shoes on. This schuh store is in the westfield centre and so it is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and ahppy yet a litttle too keen to help you because they ask if you want help as soon as you walk through the door. The shop is very small and it can get very busy and croded during peak times. The shoes are not really that cheap but are usually worth it because they last a while.
