A good ASDA. Biggest drawback is the location out of town, so you need a car to get there. Huge car park though, so there's never any problem getting parked. And a petrol station too - amongst the cheapest petrol I've seen.
Stocks a huge variety of goods - everything from clothes, toys & games, electrical goods and music to food, drink and newspapers. There's often a good range of 'sale' or 'cut price' items too. Good bakery. Stocks a reasonable range of 'free from' foods, although not as many as they used to.
The coffee shop's not too wonderful, but I've been in worse.
Staff are generally very helpful, and the queues at the checkouts aren't too long. read more
