As a London family who don't have a car, online shopping is easiest for us, and we generally shop through mysupermarket.co.uk. On this shopping, Asda was the lowest price, so we ordered through them. Ugh. When I am doing an online shop, I tend to purchase in bulk and a lot of items, so I don't have to keep ordering every week. Our purchases tend to be £150-200 or so, and I don't mind if a grocery store forgets, for example, a bag of onions. However, when they forgot ALL of our fresh produce totalling nearly £60, I had a problem. On December 4th, I began a query with Asda about my online order (5834581) in which almost £60 in groceries were not delivered. Over the course of two months, I had been promised a refund on my card, and not only was this not accomplished, all further attempts to contact Asda were met with the pre-requisite apology and no further action.
