When it first opened I can't quite say why but I just didn't like it. With the recent heavy rain it appeals because can park under cover and not get wet. The petrol station is great value and the car seems to run as well as Shell on their fuel. I just wish they had a super unleaded version as Sainbury's, Tesco and Waitrose do. Shop is modern but lines are very long, when I look around there is a dearth of staff and it looks like roster modelling was done on a very lean basis so any sickness / absence has a visible effect.
Worst line is if something is mispriced and have to go to customer service. Really they could do with opening both customer service desks and the larger Asian lady with glasses moves at a slothful pace, be better to get someone lean and fast there. Especially as in Asda if something is incorrectly charged for and you explain on the shelf it was marked at x, they have to go and verify it as though not trusting the customer unlike in Waitrose where word is good enough. read more
