It's now December 2025, I've moved away from Tucson. A plastic plug to the Leer fuse box broke. This is NOT covered under warranty, especially since I've had the topper for nearly a decade. I called up AZ Truck Outfitters, and Dave was eager to help me out. He found the exact part I needed, and he mailed it to my house FREE OF CHARGE. I've worked with a few Leer dealers over the years, none of them compare to the top notch service that I have always received from AZ Truck Outfitters. Took us a little time to coordinate our timing, but Jeremiah was patienting, asked pertinent questions and did a wonderful job of it, for a very decent price. I contacted Mobility Plus and they were willing to remove the ramps at no cost. Since the home was a rental, this was really a huge relief. The installer (JR) even was kind enough to ask about my brother and had he enjoyed the ramps and scooter that they had sold to us. What a caring and kind company.

The reason I keep coming back is the staff! I am pretty knowledgeable about cars, but obviously, I don't have the right tools to do much myself. As a woman, you may sometimes feel a little intimidated by auto shops, but here, I have always felt welcomed and truly trust their staff. Cesar is usually the guy who helps me. He is super friendly and always explains exactly what needs to be done. Prices are reasonable, and their work speaks for itself! All in all, their service is top-tier. PS: They do offer specials from time to time. I got $50 off when I had to replace my brakes. Anything helps, right?

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the paint work we received from AAG…read more My boyfriend paid $1,200 to have his car repaired and painted here. After getting the vehicle back, we started noticing the paint bubbling, lifting, and peeling. We brought the car back and explained what was happening, but we were questioned quite a bit about the issue and initially felt like they were hesitant to take responsibility for fixing it. Eventually, they agreed to redo the paint. We gave them the opportunity to correct the problem and trusted that it would be done properly the second time. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again. As you can see in the photos, the paint is now peeling off the front bumper in large pieces, with other areas cracking and lifting as well. This is after the vehicle was already brought back once specifically to have the paint issue corrected. For $1,200, we expected professional work that would actually last. Having the paint fail once was disappointing, but having the same problem happen again after giving them the opportunity to fix it is unacceptable. We're posting the photos so others can see the condition of the paint for themselves and make their own decision. Based on our experience, we would not recommend AAG for paint/body work.
