Ascensus is the most corrupt, racist, incompetent organization I have ever seen. They have had a class action law suit over the theft of 401k retirement accounts in the Trojan Horse mutual fund, dragged Sr. citizens through court for years, during which time some of the plaintiffs died, then they forced a settlement during the appeals process for a fraction of what they stole.
They then discovered that their scheme of stealing retirement funds and supplying fake record keeping reports was too complex to do manually as they had done for over 40 years. They hired the only guy, an Enterprise Data Modeler and Data Architect, that they could find who could create an automated record keeping system.
The guy did it in 8 weeks instead of the expected two years. However the system discovered that they had already stolen far more than expected to the tune of over 90 billion dollars. IBM's top two R&D analysts reviewed the system after Ascensus tried to say it was in error and literally stated, "This is the best we have ever seen," even on their own software, IBM Cognos Business Intelligence. Ascensus then tried to force the guy to quit because he was black and unlikely to help them cover up the fraud or implement a system that they could manually manipulate using Microsoft technology.
When he didn't quit after being harassed by multiple white supremacists who work there, they sent him a fake termination letter then claimed he stopped showing up for work while working from home due to massive amounts of mold at the office. Then, after the guy got a lawyer, from the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, and approval from the EEOC for a age and race discrimination suit with a mountain of evidence and the laptop they forgot to collect due to the fake termination letter and illegal termination outside the usual process, they bribed his lawyer to help them get the case dismissed, lied to a federal judge, filed fake documents in federal court, and inadvertently admitted to disability discrimination over a disability that was caused by mold at their office while the employee was working onsite.
The bribed lawyer also returned the laptop and all evidence to Ascensus without notifying the federal judge. They then, allegedly, collected location information from the bribed lawyer, on the employee, a black man, and sent hired killers to silence him because of his knowledge of how they were stealing the billions of dollars form 401k accounts. Once they believed the guy was dead, they also began to steal from state and federal pensions which include police and fire pensions. Anybody who uses this company as a record keeper is committing massive fraud.
Ascensus later found that the guy the thought was dead survived 11 assaults and likely killed some of the people sent to kill him and published a novel about the whole scheme on Amazon! They apparently didn't know that the guy was also a hardened combat veteran with military police training.
Their lawyer declined to continue representing them after finding evidence that Ascensus engaged in a murder for hire plot, but hid it from a federal judge with the aid of the bribed lawyer originally hired by the employee. Their lawyer also refused to turn over accounting records, emails, and other records during discovery with no objection from the bribed lawyer pretending to represent their former employee.
Additionally, since they illegally terminated the one guy who could figure out the 18.7+ billion financial transactions and other technical issues with their record keeping system and build a new automated system, they cannot provide services the companies that pay their fees.
They are trying to manage over 25 million 401k accounts manually with about 2200 employees, most of whom are under duress and are sending fake reports that are often late, incomplete, and displaying falsified data. Multiple companies are reporting major issues to the Better Business Bureau.
On top of all that, after trying to murder a black man and destroy his career to cover up their fraud, the CEO of Ascensus made the following statement on their web site about racism.
"In the past week, disturbing events have once again reminded us that freedom from racism and injustice is still not universally available to black Americans, along with other diverse communities.
The loss of life and affront to human dignity are unbearable to observe and devastating for those affected. Our hearts go out to all who are grieving and seek justice.
It's obvious that change is necessary. There is no room for racism or prejudice in our world, and we condemn these divisive tools of hate, the acts they inspire, and the people who wield them as weapons.
It is our obligation to listen with both greater empathy and curiosity, develop a deeper understanding of those different from ourselves...
