I switched to Dr. Sood and told her the situation and SHE made the phone call to insurance herself. Yes- you read that right. The doctor herself made the phone call. Her exact words were, "It sounds like you've been through enough. Why don't you let us take that off your hands." They also have a text line where you can text questions 8am-8pm. My kids would have literally been healthier never going here. Also, that mother in the comments above was not listened to 9 years ago. Lyme was coming in on the black legged tick, as we now know. Those cases WERE happening in Oklahoma- her doctor was not capable of looking at emerging new data back then. Physicians who are beholden to old belief sets and who cannot listen to the mother and patient are not safe.
