We left my former pediatrician's office due to a lack of willingness to help get my son referred to PT for torticollis. I switched to Dr. Sood and told her the situation and SHE made the phone call to insurance herself. Yes- you read that right. The doctor herself made the phone call. Her exact words were, "It sounds like you've been through enough. Why don't you let us take that off your hands." They also have a text line where you can text questions 8am-8pm. I did this and had a response within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Is still working here, but she was/is great with all of her patients as well. I loved working here, due to the wonderful staff and the way the Soods would try to be fair and just. They offered great incentives to their faithful employees. Sometimes I truly miss working with the Sood's. I left around January 14th 2015. So I've been gone quite some time. But from my experience working with these great people, if you are looking for a new pediatrician and can get an appointment I would take it. They'll make sure your children are well taken care of. I had told the nurse that we were wanting to reduce my child's ADHD medication. Dr. Macek had been preaching that he needed to get off his medication to help with his growth. She came in screaming that she was not going to reduce medications just because someone told her too. Do yourself a favor and see a doctor that actually cares more about your child than their ego.

Unfortunately, the front office staff (Courtney) is awful. She's SO rude and does a disservice to the physicians and other staff who are amazing. I personally know several people that have switched pediatricians simply because of her. I hate calling the office because I don't want to deal with her and am considering switching as well. She is the first person that patients see and talk to and is not representative of the quality of care that the other staff provides. They would do well to find someone that has similiar qualities and isn't flat out hateful.

I could not get him out of bed to get back in and asked for a virtual. They fired my family for asking that and asking if they could find another approach to discovering the source of my son's illness and possible treatment. My kids would have literally been healthier never going here. Also, that mother in the comments above was not listened to 9 years ago. Lyme was coming in on the black legged tick, as we now know. Those cases WERE happening in Oklahoma- her doctor was not capable of looking at emerging new data back then. Physicians who are beholden to old belief sets and who cannot listen to the mother and patient are not safe.
