I work for a large manufacturing plant that requires a DR's note if more than two days of work are missed so I called this facility. I explained the situation and made it clear that I was feeling much better but couldn't return to work without a note that excused the previous four days absence. They made it sound like they could do that but I would need to come in. I did that. Only after my appointment, did they tell me that they could only write the note for the previous day. This means that I would have had to see them at least twice to fulfill my work requirement. If they had been honest with me in the beginning, I would have chosen another provider. 1/11/23 This started when my husband had to go for a preemployment physical and then skin test in November. We called, set the appointment, we're told the time and how much it would cost. We arrive, he goes in , gets his physical, pays and we leave, they wouldn't give him two copies so we had to go elsewhere to make another copy, after paying them for this. A month later we get a bill for an office visit and a tab skin test, stating we paid a portion and owe the rest. I tried to call and get this worked out and called corporate office and spoke to someone who calls himself jetson. Not only was he rude, he didn't understand that an office visit was never performed and for him to dig his heels in and tell me it was was medical fraud. He told me to report him. So I I did. I reported the visit to the office of the inspector general, the office of Medicare and Medicaid and the fbi. Not all because of what jetson said, but the 3 bills and more conversations with people. So jetson changes the code and the charge, we don't owe as much now...but they still are charging extra codes when you walk out of the building, imagine what they are doing to insurance bills. The lady at the front desk told me to be quiet and she was glad I had time to keep calling about this bill. That was what made me decide that this is absolute FRAUD, I was told if I didn't pay the bill they would just charge my card because my husband signed the form allowing them to do that, he said he thought he was signing permission to treat. BEWARE these people are committing medical fraud on self pay and health insurance and then becoming extremely defensive and combative when you call them out on it. In the event the you need to report them The office of the inspector general, the office of Medicare and Medicaid and the FBI all have medical fraud units, easily found with a google search. Update~ called another clinic to get help regional managers number, I figured they would want to know that not only are customer service skills lacking, this is dishonest and illegal. After 5 minutes on hold I'm told I can't have that name or number, they will take mine and call me back....still waiting.... So why can't I have the name or number of regional management? I think I'll call the hospital to find out and update my review again later. Update - went to the corporate website and they also would not give me info, I was able to type out a formal complaint that when I clicked send I wasn't sure if it sent or if it disappeared. Hold my spot, is a deceptive. This place sees primary care appointments and end up waiting for couple of hours

Been trying to reach the office to get a prescription renewed for 2 days. Walmart has been trying to reach them too. No one answers the phone. i know they are busy,but this is unacceptable. They are my PCP and i can't even contact them. This is not the first time you cannot contact them, it is everyday. I like Dr. Browning and the staff, but what good are they when you can't contact them for a simple matter like getting a prescription renewed and Walmart Pharmacy cannot do it either. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. If I could give less than one star I would, and I'm not even the kind to get online and write a review unless absolutely warranted. They lied to us and are now trying to take money we were promised we would not owe. Long story, but I'll try to give you the sparknotes version. Back in December, my wife Kaycee and I went here to get covid tested. Before scheduling our appointments, we spoke to the woman at the front desk to confirm we would not have any out of pocket costs. She claims she ran our insurance and said we absolutely would not have any out of pocket costs, so we got tested. A month later we receive a bill for $100. I call urgent care, explain the situation, and am told they would have it sent to review and get it taken care of. I think the issue is over... but around a month later I get another bill for the $100, and eventually a final notice saying they will send us to collections if it is not paid. So I call again. This time they blame it on Kaycee's insurance saying they must have processed it wrong and tell us to call them. They also asked me to get a reference number and phone number for them to call to talk to insurance directly. So we call her insurance and talk to an incredibly helpful young woman who walks us through the whole process. Long story short, it's not the insurance's fault. But she still gives me a reference number and phone number. So I call urgent care back and pretty much get a horse and pony show that ends in... its insurance's fault. You need to call them. I tell urgent care i have the phone number and reference number they asked for to get in touch with the insurance agency directly and their response is "uhhhh I can't promise we will get in touch with them, but I will take that phone number." I've talked to urgent care 3 or 4 times now and it's dawning on me it seems they have no idea what is going on. I'm now, 5 months after the service, in a circle of urgent care trying to charge us $100 after telling us flat out we would not be charged anything. They refuse to admit they screwed up, and instead keep trying to blame it on kaycee's insurance company... who is incredibly helpful and ready to do whatever they need to do vs. urgent care who just talks in circles and doesn't actually do anything to remedy the issue. Long as they get their money they're happy I guess... If you dont want to be lied to and charged fees you were promised you wouldn't be charged, go somewhere else. I will update this review if they finally do anything to help the situation. I've asked for someone higher up in the chain of command to give me a call, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Edit: I copied and pasted this from my google review I left for them. On my google review I got a reply saying they were sorry and gave me an email to email so they could work with me, and mentioned they'd let somebody higher in the food chain know. I sent an email to the email address provided and now we're a month and a half later and I still haven't gotten a reply or a call from upper management. So clearly the reply on my review was just an attempt to save face to anyone who read my review when they had 0 intention of actually doing anything about it. So I want to make absolutely sure you all know exactly the kind of place this is and don't get scammed the way I have. Do not go to this place. It is not worth them trying to scam you out of money you were told you wouldn't have to pay. Final Edit: I finally got called by management about a week after editting and posting this google review to yelp as well. The individual that called me (I wont share her information here) was very friendly and professional. She informed me they did finally zero out our account. Bit absurd I had to go back and forth with them over six months and post what they were trying on both yelp and google so others could see it before they finally stopped this what felt like a scam, but we're sure glad it's over. My family and I have been going here since they first opened. The waiting room has always been clean and they do move people through as quickly as they can while giving thorough care to each patient. Each staff member has been kind and treated us all with respect. read more

Yes, they are a bit slow but what urgent care place isn't? It's still a shorter wait than the emergency room. I've started coming here as well as bring my daughter anytime we need something and the process is so quick. It's nice to know when I'm sick that I don't have to call the daughter weeks in advance to make an appointment for a day when I may not even be sick anymore. They do pretty much anything, I've heard, although my only experience has been with typical sicknesses. The people there are extremely friendly and the nurses listen and ask lots of questions. The facilities are clean and well taken care of and the location is great! read more

I have always had great experiences here but the nature of a walk-in clinic means sometimes when there are many others there you have to wait a while. If they didn't do a great job once patients got to a room, the waiting room wouldn't be crowded. I'd be more concerned about that! read more

Horribly slow !! Quick to get 5 pages of info and my deductible, but we've been waiting in a crowded and dirty waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes with no explanation or concern by the staff or our wait. NEVER again. read more
