The best care in Middle TN…read more I and my wife have been patients here for years -- the entire staff is so friendly and professional that we couldn't think of going anywhere else. Your health is so important; and it is important to have a team to work with that really cares about you and your health, not just an office that treats a symptom and sends you on your way. At Reliance the doctors, PA's, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and other staff are all committed to giving you the best care they can possibly provide to help you maintain optimum health.

Care quality is excellent…read more Office manager completely nullifies that by being absolutely one of the rudest people ever. I have been going here 7 years. No more. Medical office people have degenerated almost unilaterally into the most non-compassionate sadists in any profession, ever. Until medical professionals realize this severely comprises medical care, I will be interviewing the office staff as scrupulously as the physician. When you are in distress and pain you deal FIRST with the non-med staff. Most, like at Cornerstone, are abysmal.

I absolutely love them and will never go to another walk in clinic again. 10/10.

My rating for The Center for Restorative Medicine is based on the initial appointment policy. I was…read moreplanning to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Michael Bernu, the center's founder and clinical director. In the process I learned that he keeps the entire $1,200 fee, which is paid in advance, if a patient cancels with less than 3 business days' notice. Now I understand that his time (like his patients' time) is valuable, and some people may not show up or cancel at the last minute. In such cases a reasonable cancellation fee may be appropriate, but to keep the entire $1,200 fee for doing nothing is disappointing and does not, in my opinion, reflect well on his character. In his new patient paperwork explaining this policy, there is no provision for returning all or a portion of those funds if a different patient can be scheduled for that time, nor is consideration given for emergencies. So, he could keep $1,200 fee and charge someone else another $1,200 for the same time slot, pocketing $2,400 for a 3-hour consultation. When I found out about this policy, I lost interest in seeing him and decided to look elsewhere for my healthcare needs.

Horrible support and rude front desk…read more Had a Veteran Evaluation Services scheduled for 11. By 11:45 I was still in the room with no update or support. I opened the door to ask and was told there were still two people in front of me. I asked if we could reschedule or do anything as I drove a long way on break from work. The reply was "no" and I was to "just wait." Other reviews show wait times of 2 hours. This is unacceptable unless there is an emergency. Short staffed and poor planning is not an emergency. I left without seeing the doctor or support. Not a great way to treat anyone. Disappointed the VA/VES partners with such a poor clinic.
