First, I'd suggest you check out some of the recent 5 star reviews on google. I noticed that most of them come from accounts that have reviewed the same few properties and not much else, which made me wonder how genuine the apartment complex is.
We toured mid-May and were told there was a promotion for six weeks free rent if we applied within 48 hours. When we came back for a second tour and were ready to apply, we were told the promotion didn't apply to the unit we wanted, even though the website never specified select units and the link for the concession lead you to all units.
The leasing manager agreed that it was confusing and understood our concern and suggested we talk to the property manager, Jeremy, who might be able to "honor the offer". Unfortunately, that's where things went downhill. Instead of trying to help or clear things up, he basically brushed off our concerns and told us the discount was already reflected in the unit's price and kept repeating that. This was in direct contradiction from what the leasing manager had told us during out first tour which was that the unit was priced based off directly overlooking the 303.
When asked which units actually qualified for the promotion, Jeremy's answer was that we'd have to call and ask instead of them documenting which ones are applicable. That's pretty ridiculous. The website didn't say the offer only applied to certain units, and not long after our conversation, the wording on the website was hastily changed.
It's worth knowing that a lot of the property is still under construction(6 buildings to complete), and many of the 2-bedroom units are around $2400 a month. Much higher than the average price in the area. Construction noise will probably be something residents deal with until late 2027 per our tour guide.
The apartments themselves are nice, the amenities look great, and the leasing manager was friendly and helpful. But dealing with Jeremy left such a bad impression that we decided not to move forward. read more
