We used them to get a referral for a home inspection specialist, and the whole process was quick,…read moresmooth, and super professional. They actually answered and arranged the appointment via text around 9pm, which totally surprised us. In a good way. Most places wouldn't even bother responding that late. The owner was pleasant, responsive, and got us connected right away. It was such a relief to have someone reliable handle the referral quickly. 5 stars all the way. Professional, helpful, and on top of it. Would absolutely use again.

**More details but same review** Anthony came to the property to do an inspection of the home but…read moresomehow only managed to inspect the livingroom and tiny "hallway" connected to it. Which were the two spot I pointed him to as the worst in the house but were absolutely not the only affected areas. Something I brought up to later on which he turned into a "miscommunication" on my part. No Anthony. There's no miscommunication about you not doing a job you were paid for. Unfortunately our landlord then turned around and hired Anthony to do the retesting during remediation and Anthony suggested a remediation company that did not have their license to run a remediation company (see photos) but the quality of their work and complete confusion when asked anything during the process was telling even before online confirmation. Two areas in the living room were written in the report that needed to be addressed by remediation professionals. Day 2 of remediation, we stop by the house to check the mail and to be nosy about the process at the house thus far. They completely missed and didn't do ANYTHING to one of the two areas in the living room even after we asked them why they weren't touching that area (they had no idea they needed too despite the report having it) and when bringing it to Anthony's attention (as well as him not doing any moisture readings or checking any other room or area in the house) he ignored the questions. There was a failed retest that we never got the results from and then a passing one 3 days later showing ZERO counts of black mold. Don't know how that could have been since no fans or dehumidifiers were used at any point. The second round of remediation after the failed attempt, was just one guy cleaning up the mess the first round left behind and him putting a fan in the kitchen with a bag on it that led out the kitchen window (we have cameras dummy) Also, locating and fixing the issue that was causing the mold in that one area until AFTER remediation was completed. The whole house smelling of mold and walls dripping with moisture still when we were allowed back in. I brought all of this up to Anthony and he played dumb but was all too ready to remind me of THCs price points if I wanted him to come back to the property and check things out. I also got the craziest one way-ed non-disparagement release/settlement from their lawyer that I've ever seen. They are insane if they think people should sign that just to get their money back for a job not done in the slightest and give them the power to sue you if they decide some random persons bad review of their business is connected to you in anyway imaginable. I gave multiple options for renegotiating terms and contract modifications that were mutually beneficial and they would not budge a fraction of an inch. Feeling guilty boys?

Walked in here today Emonte Was working the register she saw me and my Neicy walk in and walk up to…read morethe register..... she turned around the opposite way to work on a little machine we stood at the counter for bout 10 seconds she did not say one word until I said hello and then when I said hello she said hello did not turn around it was like she didn't want to be bothered..... not a good representation of customer service for my first time at this store..

Took my pool pump motor into leslies at 70 braeswood sq to have it repaired. Suspected the problem…read morewas just a bad capacitor, since it stopped running but was making a humming noise. The capacitor is in the hump attachment on top of the motor and involves 2 little screws to uncover, but the "technician" first spent about 15 minutes messing around in the back of the motor where the wiring is before determining there was not a capacitor back there. Then he replaced the capacitor that was in the hump. When he finished and was going to give the motor back to me, I asked if he shouldn't test it to insure that the capacitor was actually the problem and the motor now worked. Mistakenly, he tested it using 220v, but the motor is wired for 110v. Even a novice technician should have known enough to look at the side of the motor to determine the correct voltage for that motor. When it immediately began sparking at the back, he turned the motor off and said he would have his manager look at it the next day. The manager (Erica), told me the next day that they continued to have the same sparking problem. When I came in to pick up the motor I noticed 1 of the wires in the back of the motor was obviously disconnected so I asked if they had changed any of the electrical connections which they both denied having done, even though there was an obvious disconnected wire. They reattached it to the correct post, (but in a way that demonstrated their electrical inexperience). I installed a new capacitor from an electical supply, but the motor now caused the breaker to trip, which I thought was probably a result of the voltage error done by Leslies and that the motor was now fried. I contacted several pool repair services to install a new motor, but either they didn't show or had 4-5 day wait times. After wasting 8 days waiting on a repair service, I decided to replace the "bad" motor myself. Since I had not done this previously, I carefully examined and documented how everything was connected as I went along. That was when I discovered that Leslies HAD CHANGED THE WIRING at the back of the motor and that it was incorrectly wired. The way they had wired the motor was not valid for either 110v or 220v and was obviously the reason my breaker was tripping. (the wire they had reattached when I picked up the motor was not related to the problem, and the way the motor was wired when I brought it in was correct since it had been running for 3 yrs). Though both the tech and manager denied they had made any wiring changes, it was impossible that the motor could ever have run as they had it wired. I corrected the wiring per the diagram on the motor housing and with the new capacitor, was running like new. DON'T bring anything in to be repaired by these INCOMPETANTS.
