I always look at the company reviews and read them carefully before selecting a business. RNHS had all 5 star reviews, plus had a tech nearby that could be at the house in 30 min. I scheduled the appointment and immediately received a text with Jace's bio and information. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jace with his ETA. Jace arrived at the home, introduced himself and we discussed the issue I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and was very thorough in explaining what happened, and how to potentially prevent this from happening again.
