Fortunately for me, they had about eight vans that were comparable to the van I was working on. The process was easy. I had checked online so I knew they had four vans on site that were matches. Knowing what you are looking for is a big help. The rows are pretty well indicated on the outside of the sections. Each vehicle has its own label to identify model & year. The counter staff was helpful. The check out was great. I paid about forty times less for my part than to get an OEM replacement. The vehicles are spaced well enough apart to easily work on them. You need to bring your own tools, but I feel that's common sense. If you're coming to find a part to harvest, you best bring your gear, otherwise got to an auto parts store. The entire process lasted maybe 2 hours - this included time spent searching their lot as well as the Mitsubishi lot next door. Our salesman, Steve, was friendly, courteous and helpful. To be fair, I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews although many seemed to be service center related. The only gripe I have is that we waited about a 1/2 hour while they "detailed" the car but once we received it, the inside was still dirty, there was a specific piece of hair still on the dash and the car smelled like smoke. I'm assuming that maybe only the outside was washed, so we'll have to detail the car ourselves. Nevertheless, it's no big deal as long as the car continues to run well.

I have called for the General Manager and asked to speak with him six times during the 15 days that they had my car. He has never once called me back. My 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid has had nothing but electrical problems in the last year. I had it in for over a week earlier in the year, and Honda of Middleburg Heights returned it working (for once) but said they couldn't find anything wrong. After eight days. Several weeks ago, the entire electrical system failed. I had to have it dragged in on a flatbed. I called Honda and talked with Service Advisor Kristin. She told me that Bradley, my service advisor, was on vacation. I said that was great, but my car had been dragged there early in the morning. Kristin said she'd get it right in. The last time, it took seven days for Bradley to even call me. I'm very busy, and I stupidly trusted HoMH to be competent THIS time. After a week, I called when I received an email stating that my car had not arrived a week earlier! I thought it had been stolen off the lot. But no, the entire staff at HoMH is just incompetent and never brought my car in, because apparently, Margaret "forgot" about my car for a week. When I located my car, finally, after Bradley came back from vacation, they told me that my after-market Dash-Cam, which was installed professionally, was preventing them from diagnosing anything, because Honda doesn't "allow" people who spend $50,000 on their cars, and are Uber drivers, to add anything. So they ripped out the wires from the fusebox, telling me that there was nothing else for me to do. THEN they discovered that the master computer in the hybrid had failed. More days to get that, and they REFUSED to reinstalll what they ripped out without charging me hundreds of dollars. I'm going to have to bring it back to the real experts and pay to have it reinstalled now Then the error in the photo appears 30 seconds after leaving HoMH. I've told them about this several times, and included the pictures below. HoMH just doesn't give a F*** ... they just want to rip us off and sell us defective cars.
