Terrible experienc. Absolutely would not use. All these extra hidden fees. Didn't pick up when they were supposed. charged us for weeks of a dumpster that wasn't even there fought with for seven months. finally put a stop payment on my credit card on all the payments because I couldn't seem to get their attention otherwise. Then they put a lien on the property that we worked for. we dumpster on the property, not the company and then they put a lien on the company when it wasn't even the . They are the biggest bunch of crooks I've ever dealt with . DO NOT USE . I only gave a one because that's the lowest I could give to be able to review. They stole $300 from us. Ordering a swap was even worse--after 5 more days, they still couldn't confirm a delivery time, repeatedly saying they were "waiting for dispatch." read more

Worst experience from start to finish. Asked for a rushed delivery and it didn't come until the end of the day three days later, told them where to deliver and provided a picture and it was delivered on the neighbor's property instead. I would give them negative stars if I could. I rent porta potty's all over the country, and ASAP has the worst customer service, worst communication, and worst porta potty servicing I have ever experienced. I constantly had to call to have the unit rented serviced even though it was supposed to have weekly services included. I would call multiple times and it was weeks before they would have someone come service the rental. I eventually off rented the unit and had one brought in from another company due to this. When called off in February, I was told it would be 3-5 days until it's picked up. I received the final invoice. However, it is STILL on site and it is now July. I cannot get a response from any of their "agents" other than they will escalate the situation to another department. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. read more

Absolutely the worst service we've experienced. This will definitely be the last year we use your company. What's the point of renting a porta potty if it can't be emptied? Reaching customer service is nearly impossible--when you do get through, they issue a service ticket that leads nowhere. Every time you follow up, you're given a new ticket, but the issue remains unresolved. We've had this unit for 7 days now, and it still hasn't been serviced. We've been using your company since 2020 and each year the service declines, this year being the absolute worse. read more

I ordered a portable toilet while we were doing an addition to our home. After paying what I later learned was an insanely inflated price for a 28 day rental - $407! they continued to charge me month after month even after the toilet was collected - late - and I was even charged for future months. I have called several times and get a series of repeated statements from the same flustered man who does nothing but apologize to me and talk in circles, often not even making sense. I am now in over $1000 dollars for a toilet I had for less than 38 days. I notified the local service and they agreed they have issues working with ASAP as a third party. I would not use this service as they clearly are corrupt and seemingly have more than 800 claims with the BBB. I am now changing my bank card and filing my own claim with the BBB. read more

ASAP service I wouldn't advice anyone to rent from this company at ALL. They rip you off with over charging your credit card they will not refund any of your money back. Keep having to go back to my credit card company which I am getting no where. They have poor customer service they drop off my potty after 8:49 pm at night it was dark and a lots went on with the person who drop the potty off. I am very disappointed with the potty very dirty no one even took the time to clean it before deliver it. They will not call you back when you call with your concerns I will never use ASAP Market Place again. I rented in April for a one day service they didn't come back to pick it up after 5 months. ASAP Site Servies used our company to sub rent portable toilets to clients. We have had issues with them paying for the units and their credit card being declined. We have contacted them several times for payment and had to stop renting due to nonpayment. They claimed we should have emailed them. I would not recommend using them since they do not pay their vendors and eventually the renters come directly to us to rent without the middleman. Four months ago I rented a job Johnny from asap however they were unable to supply one when I needed it. They refunded my money but put me down as a recurring customer. Each month they have charged me $250 for... nothing! I have called a dozen times but they have stonewalled me and my bank. Worst experience i ever had. Bad communications, no call back, no fallow up. I had to call every hour to see it its going to get deliver and agent is just confuse of what going on. Just bad customer service. Next day i call to get a refund and the agent say that the hauler was there and try to call me so he left becuase i didnt answer, trying to say that the hauler came by twice and i didnt answer the phone. And both time that hauler was supposedly at my house calling me, i was in the phone with ASAP agent telling them when is my porta potty. I was calling ASAP every hr to get an update. Turns out ASAP gave the hauler a wierd as 10 digit number to call me, trying to say that ASAP was in contact with the hauler the whole time. Agent noted down that the hauler was in contact with them every step of his way but when i was blowing up there phone every hr demanding if they are dropping it off, the agent was just confuse of the what the situation was. Couldnt give me a straight answer. Just terrible customer service, terrible just terrible. The phone number that was given to hauler look like an account number that the agent copy and pasted. And i serious the area code doesnt match any area code in the US. Just bad work practice. Now they want to keep 20% of my refund because they coudnt get my orders right. To be the one to do me dirty and do a bad unfinish job and they can still eat 20% of the refund. If anything i did more work than ASAP i had to do all the calling and trying to coordinate trying to get updates. I will never use this service again. Took my money twice and claimed i would have the 40 yard dumpster delivered on a specific day. they then called and said No cant do it but a local competitor can for much more funds Do i want to book that one? stupid question do i want to pay more NO i had already paid for 1. then we cancelled order as they claim they had no idea when they could get one. However they did not credit my account back. Mt son search for another company and called same price and yes they can get one for us, they took our money come to find out this company is also ASAP different number and website name. He also asked why the other guy called and said he couldnt get one?
