I called a couple of locksmith's and I could tell by listening to Steve's voice that he was confident he knew how to take care of it. It was a long drive for Steve, so we scheduled it two days out, and he arrived right on time, if not early. Very professional and he knew exactly how to remedy the issue. Paid a fair price and he was onto the next task. Would highly recommend to any homeowner or business looking for a locksmith.

After losing my house keys, I contacted Jefferson Locksmith and within 25 minutes of placing my…read morecall to their dispatch, Russel arrived. I like the fact that he called to tell me he was on his way and the time it would take to get to my house. This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. If you lose your keys and live near or in the West Philadelphia area, ask for Russel. Thank you.
