I highly recommend this insurance broker. After dealing with a very difficult mortgage company…read moreregarding homeowners insurance requirements (which caused another insurance company to give up), a good friend strongly recommended I give Dave Cook's office a call. It was the best decision we could make. From the very first call, I knew I was in good hands. Noemi was the kind, patient professional that jumped in and made this all work out. Despite the mortgage company throwing countless obstacles our way, Noemi was in it to win it. Yes, it took a couple of weeks of back and forth simply because the mortgage company kept moving the goal post. Nonetheless, Noemi very professionally solved every issue--and quickly too. We are so grateful for her expertise and experience that made it all work out. I'm happy to say our mortgage nightmare was ultimately a success because of Dave Cook's experienced staff that very professionally got the job done. Thank you, Noemi and Dave. I will recommend you to everyone...

I came in to register a car I had just bought and the lady who attended me wrote my address wrong. Thankfully I noticed before I left. I went back in, not even 10 minutes had passed and she said that it was my fault. My fault as if I made her type my address wrong or my fault that the DMV wrote my address wrong. Anyways, after she blamed me, she changed it, told me it would take a couple weeks to get to me. Like 4-6 . This was done in september, its January and I haven't received anything. I called them and again not accepting responsibility they blamed me. That it was my fault to not have given the correct address. DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible service.
