Well, don't worry I'm sure you'll pay for my wages that I missed out on today because you can't figure out your own system or have the common knowledge to pick up the phone and call to let your customers know their item won't be delivered today and apologize because you don't know where you put your items in your warehouse. In the call, and the follow up call I got, told me that her cab would be showing up shortly. Over a full hour later, heading toward 11PM, she's still standing in front of my house, waiting for her ride to show up. If an alternate ride shows up, I'll be setting her up with someone else. It's way past her children's bed time, and I'm really feeling sorry for her and her kids. This is way past ridiculous. This is Thursday, not the weekend. Then I might almost be understanding.

The package was very heavy and I wanted to have it dropped in my garage for safekeeping but was denied that opportunity. Came across one of their drivers on the road and watched them drive a freight truck like it was a…read moresports car. At one point the driver entered a turn-only lane and then drove straight through the intersection towards oncoming traffic to cut me off. This was around 68th and Blondo where it turns into a RESIDENTIAL area and is also right by a school! Any items on that truck were definitely being thrown around with the way the driver was gunning the gas pedal at every opportunity. If their drivers are actively ignoring the laws of the road and putting other drivers in danger, I wouldn't trust them with my business.
