Over the past few years I've gotten to know Shana and her team. By them always caring and answering questions or any concerns I have. in the last few months, I wound up in and out of the hospital with some major symptoms. I thought I may want to take a look at my budget and was inquiring about terminating my contract with the CreditShrink. Shana answered personally asking if I was OK and if I was still in the hospital and if there's anything she could do she would do that. I thought to myself that's a personal touch that you just don't experience anymore from a company. Not only that, but she took the time to give me a snapshot of my credit and how all three bureaus have improved. She has been able to remove hundreds of negative items thousands of dollars in balances and changing my score in the opposite direction of moving up rather than going down. When I returned home from church earlier today, there was a delivery box from Amazon. I brought it in and opened it up and it was a loving care package (new to me) so I opened it up and there was a note in it read: DearBrendan the CreditShrink family cares about your well-being. We pray to God for your healing and that a miracle will wrap you up and comfort and relieve you of all your suffering. You deserve the best. With love, Shana and CreditShrink fam: Alfie, JASON, and Rusly, signed - Shana. I open the box inside was grandma's homemade chicken soup with servings for a family. Grandma's famous rolls, and cookies. it even came with a silver ladle and a little gold bell to ring. I thought that was it, and then there was another level, which had a rabbit fur chamomile. Heating pad and the softest blanket called. This is bliss in a blanket, snuggle up! Whoever reads this be the judge. Shana and CreditShrink not only care but they show and take action on a personal level for their clients. I am fortunate enough to be one of them. Brendan Laughlin.

That reflects the zero effort put into my representation. When I had my initial meeting with them they summarized the same exact terms of the stipulations this was even after I gave him my financial profile as I'm retired living on Social Security with no additional income with both my income and bank account exempt from garnishing or levies. I was looking for a payment plan or settlement that included dismissal of this suit. I understand the representation was limited in scope & the attorney stated more than once the $796 I paid him was nothing & other firms would cost double for this but not to the point where there was zero effort in an attempt to negotiate which by the way per the retainer does include negotiating. Regardless of the back story the end result was this firm who was supposed to be representing me and my interests to some extent was pushing me on July 7th to sign a Stipulated Judgment on a case that had been dismissed on July 2nd.
