I've been working with Timo and his team of professionals since 2019 and I've been following his work before I decided to work with them on my personal credit. Now we're in 2023 and I've started my own Trucking Business also with their help and services, we still working and getting ready to start the process of funding. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company at all! In April 2022 I paid $870 to have inquiries removed from my credit report within 5-7 days. Keep in mind my scores were already 750+ however I was in the process of buying a home and wanted my scores as high as possible! Here we are in February 2023, and my inquiries have still not been removed from my report. Oh they were great the fist month my credit went up 86 points then the last two months my credit score dropped 95 points and all of a sudden I can't get through on the phone anymore. It was all good until they got the last payment I could call and get through right away but now all of a sudden the voicemail is full. I called the company back two days ago (487 days after sign up) because i gave up and wanted my money back and wanted the no change in 30 days full refund (again 487 days of no help nothing done oh and the website is gone.) customer service rep answered advised me that nothing was done at all - But it was my fault because i have never answered the phone. Which today after listening to the voicemails from July 2022 and mind you the last time ASAP Credit called me back was a voicemail from the SAME customer service rep that i was on the phone with saying he was returning my many voicemails - Oh i still have those voicemails. I was offered an escalation to the "billing dept" for a refund and would have a response in 24-48 hours - we are on hour 50 - No response from the billing department - my customer service rep who i have been on the phone with for the past serval days then says "I can not give you a time frame of when they will get back to you" Oh so as of this moment no refund and funny - one comment from ownership on another comment "Once again per contract, if we dont produce in the first 90 days we issue a 100% money back guarantee" as of today its been 489 days of nothing done. So as per contract if you didn't produce do i get an issue of 100% money back? I did leave active credit monitoring active i mean you have my IDclub login. (It's $24.99 a month still paying it 16 months in) This is absolutely not a fake review. I absolutely pay my IDCLUB and yes do i miss phone calls but i do return calls i have voicemails from your company advising i left many voicemails.
