Mmm smothered in guacamole

Delicious Mexican tacos. We stumbled upon this taco place while on vacation. You cannot go wrong. Order anything and it's delicious. We had tacos, and some quesatacos. The salsas were really good. I will def come back again.

Food. 5 Prices. 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 4 Service 4 Views 2 Overall score: 4 (for its class) No, it's not fancy. Not a romantic elegant date night place. No string quartet playing Brahms in the background. No children's play place. No WiFi. No fountains and flowers. But if you want authentic, delicious, Mexican tacos, enjoy taking in some local flavor, don't mind eating off of a plastic plate covered with a plastic sleeve, and eating with your hands (there is a place to wash up), then Asadero Loloya is for you. The food is mouth watering. The service is prompt and pleasant. The prices unbeatable. This is one of those places the locals love to frequent, but many tourists also come to eat here.

Take all my dinero Asadero! Asadero Loyola was the hero of the day. After searching through Ensenada for non tourist prices and authentic street tacos, Loyola came to save the day. With fresh and tender meats, you feel like you hit the Mexican lotto eating their cuisine at $0.90 cents taco. Their servers only spoke Spanish but very patient and kind to helping non speakers understand the menu. One of the few authentic taco shops open late. Parking was easy to find, as well. It's next to the beach too, great place to go to after a long day of surfing or night out. We went to a few taco spots, I was quite pleased with Asadero Loyola.

Wish I had time for more TACOS !!

Carne asada and al pastor tacos. We Stumbled on this place cruising in our golf cart during our stop on a Carnival Cruise. Both meats were tender and flavorful. I only wish I had a few more. Coke is nice and cold and the staff is super. They have radishes , limes and a couple of salsas.

Tacos de al pastor and asada... very delicious!'

Friendly, helpful staff. AMAZING food. I'm not exaggerating when I say we ate these tacos at least 3 times a day, 4 days in a row.

Los taco están muy ricos 100% recomendable, y son tacos grandes, los de adobada con tortilla de harina y la salsa que le ponen una delicia.

Open late. Good in-house tortillas. All the classic meats and fixins. Most tacos are $1.50 - 2 00. If they had beer I would never leave.

We showed up in the afternoon and there were only a few people here. Our tour guide told us this was his favorite spot and that we had to try them, so we told him we were down to give it a try. We got a bunch of tacos to give all the meats a try, but the stand outs were by far the fish tacos and my Mulita of Carne Asada. My wife also got a Chorizo taco and she said it was really delicious. They bring the tacos out to you with all the sauces, and they are for sure all made fresh. You can taste the freshness. On top of that you can't beat the price. The workers are also all super nice. Just a heads up it's not right on the Main Street where most tours or cruise ships lead you but if you can get a ride or have someone take you here I highly recommend you come try this place out.

There was plenty of parking at the Smart and Final next door, and this is a great spot with plenty of seating for groups of 4. The pescado tacos here are to die for but my favorite was definitely the camarón taco . They give you generous portions of the pickled red onion and salsas on the side, so load up your tacos! My mouth is salivating thinking about this spot. The jalepenos were incredibly spicy though, so pick up a horchata from their drink fridge to cool down your tongue!

He tried getting me to order me guacamole and chips, I asked how much, he said $14 USD, I declined yet he still tried to bring it to my table which I declined a second time. Payment is cash only (USD accepted). That said, the tacos were delicious. The meats were marinated so well and were addicting. The tortillas were handmade and had an excellent texture. Prices might not be the cheapest but it's worth it for a great meal.

It's not hard to find, but unlike so any other options, it's not loud or flashy. We weren't ushered in by some guy on the street promising "the best" of anything. It's small, but clean.. you order at the counter.. my wife and I were the only gringos in there, and we don't speak Spanish. We were quickly presented with a sample plate of all the meats available for their tacos. The wife and I each got a Birria taco and I also got a chicken taco with some of the best Mole sauce I've ever had. They had a table set up in back with all the fixings and salsas you could ask for and the tacos came with beans and rice. We grabbed a bottle of water from the cooler, and the whole meal came to $13 with a tip!!! I mean, that's an unbelievable value for your money. The tacos were incredible. The beans and rice were delicious and the corn tortillas were homemade and some of the best we've ever had. The wife and I often use Yelp! to find places exactly like this, and once again, it did not disappoint. If you're in Ensenada do yourself a favor and skip all the hype spots and go find this place for some amazing food at incredible prices!!

We got beef asada and fried fish pescado. I believe it was only $2.50 per taco so not the cheapest but definitely by far the most affordable and yummy in the touristy area. It's a perfect walkable distance from the cruise port. You can pay USD cash and it shows on their payment terminal the conversion. I don't know how to double check if the conversion was 100% accurate but just from a little google go the current conversion and counting out how many tacos we ordered, everything seemed to check out!! They have tables for you to sit at inside but open facing so you're covered from the sun/rain. It comes with 3 different salsas, bowl of limes, and my favorite part is the grilled jalapeño and green onions - omg so good! I'll definitely be coming back if I'm in town. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the Asada just needed more flavor and not as cooked. I prefer a juicy medium Asada but I know that that's not how it's always eaten, just wish there was more flavor. Coming from Arizona I fortunately get to eat a lot of amazing Mexican food!

We ordered two pastor tacos on corn tortillas which were quite tasty. They had salsas and radishes on the table. The two tacos came out to $5.29 which is similar to US taco Tuesday pricing. Tastes very authentic.
