They have what they call "convenience packs" which are smaller bags of qty 2-4 fasteners. Not all sizes are available in convenience packs. Special orders tend to take a few days. I have found some fasteners I needed were not available in small quantity and still ended up going to Lowes (just down the road).

I discovered over the weekend after the store had already closed at noon on Saturday that my client had measured wrong. So first thing on Monday morning I went to the store to cancel the order and order the right size skylight. Keep in mind, the lead time on the skylight was 3 weeks, meaning it hadn't even gone into production yet. The Salesperson flatly refused to try to change the order. I asked to speak to his supervisor who asked the salesperson if he had contacted the manufacturer, to which the reply was "no". The Supervisor said they would call the manufacturer and get back to me by the end of the day. It's almost 8 pm and I have't heard from Allied Building Products yet tonight. I'm stunned at their lack of customer service.

This was a complicated miter buildup project and I can not be more thrilled with Elite Design. Derick came to template and he was right on the time we were scheduled. They are very high tech, I have seen wooden templates but Elite came to measure with a high tech laser. Tomas and Paul were great and very professional at the install, I can tell they have many years of experience in stone work. The install did take about 6-7 hours but it was interesting too see them work. The fabrication took 2 week as this was a complicated project but the finish effect was spectacular. Everything came out amazing. Thank you Elite Team. Dont hesitate with these guys.

I'm at a loss for words when it comes to this business and the people that run it. I recently went…read moreto Arena Stone in hopes of purchasing stone for my home and was greeted by one of the employees of the business. He is the reason I'm sitting here writing this review. After looking around, I found the stone I was interested in purchasing and asked that I get an estimate for what I needed. I'm not going to mention numbers however, I was given an ABSURD amount that left me and my husband speechless. No one anywhere would charge nearly that much for stone. We proceeded to ask him where and why the price was extremely high because it simply just made no sense to us. His response... "You have money, you can afford it." Now this is where the problem started. How dare anyone raise their price on account of how much money they presume I have. Completely and utterly unprofessional to say the least! I have never felt more uncomfortable by anyone ever before and I certainly will never return nor will I ever suggest this business to anyone! They are looking to scam you and they will certainly try to benefit themselves off of you. Don't fall for it.
