I sent videos of all of my yard. They did not show up until 2pm and he left his wife here by herself after about 20 min. He came back apologized and said he'd be intact to finish the job and they packed up and left, due to it started raining, and were gone by 5pm. They didn't even fill 1 garbage bag. This was over a week ago and I was just contacted by the wife that she was going to come over and work on my yard, just herself, at 12:30. I basically said never mind and asked what I owed for the time "they" spent here. I got an invoice for over $300! Granted their estimate that said not to exceed $500, did say minimum $300, but I was told on the phone that was for a full days work with 2 people, not for an hour with one person. I asked them to adjust their invoice to reflect work that was actually done and was told this is the minimum and they'd put a lien on my house. Needless to say my yard is still a mess. Run don't walk away from these people. See invoice below; they used half a trash bag and trimmed a 2'x3' section of bushes. I have before and video and video of them coming and going at times I've stated here. I have no problem paying for the work that was actually done.

I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris. But I am happy that I got to work with this company. I was introduced to Thomas who I believe was the owner, he was able to get me scheduled right away and asked me specifics about the job and gave me a quote over the phone. Thomas showed up on time, was very professional, and explained the process before getting started and sent my quote before proceeding. I felt very comfortable with the overall process. Once confirmed he got to work right away and begin hauling items into his truck. he worked alone, but worked very diligently to get the job done and was very careful when taking things out of the house. Came with all his own tools, straps, etc. I felt embarrassed because of all the junk that accumulated in the yard and the hidden wasps nest that was hiding in the junk. But, he was very nice and assured me it's not that bad. It didn't take him long to haul the items at all, maybe less than 3hrs and the price paid for the work done was very reasonable. I'd definitely hire him for another job and I've recommended him to others I know who also have junk they've accumulated over the years because they thought they'd be able to "sell it in a garage sale" and never did.
