He picked up the materials in a timely manner, dumped them in the 2 designated areas and even put a tarp under each pile and the two materials did not get mixed together at all even though they were in the same trailer. I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris. But I am happy that I got to work with this company. I was introduced to Thomas who I believe was the owner, he was able to get me scheduled right away and asked me specifics about the job and gave me a quote over the phone. Thomas showed up on time, was very professional, and explained the process before getting started and sent my quote before proceeding. I felt very comfortable with the overall process. Once confirmed he got to work right away and begin hauling items into his truck. he worked alone, but worked very diligently to get the job done and was very careful when taking things out of the house. Came with all his own tools, straps, etc. I felt embarrassed because of all the junk that accumulated in the yard and the hidden wasps nest that was hiding in the junk. But, he was very nice and assured me it's not that bad. It didn't take him long to haul the items at all, maybe less than 3hrs and the price paid for the work done was very reasonable. I'd definitely hire him for another job and I've recommended him to others I know who also have junk they've accumulated over the years because they thought they'd be able to "sell it in a garage sale" and never did.
