Completely unacceptable and basically harassment because my daughter has a body like a supermodel and they were standing around so intimidated by her body that they had to say something to her about shopping while wearing her gym clothes. So if you just get out the gym or dance practice, make sure you change and are completely covered up before you come into this store.

The bakery/door was completely clean and very resourceful. The staff cashiers were super friendly all smiles and seemed to be very happy to work there. I ended up leaving with three bags of bakery goods and now I know where to go for the BEST bread in Kern County.

Also we really appreciate that they reuse egg cartons (their own and others) and encourage customers to return empties. As a society we need to be doing more reuse and less generation of trash. They offer volume discount (results in great value over just buying a dozen) and their fresh eggs are not intended to be refrigerated and last. So delicious! I love Gama Farms produce. Most of my breakfast these days consists of their produce…read more The eggs are the best I've ever had, honestly. In the spring, the chickens must be eating all the bugs and weeds because the spring eggs are LARGE, almost always double yolked, a beautiful shade of golden orange, and CREAMY. I know they feed their chickens well because I am satiated with 2 eggs most days due to the double yolks/large size and just overall great nutritional content. Whereas, I can eat 5 commercial eggs per day and still feel like something's missing. After eating these good quality eggs and royal jelly, my own fertile window and ovulation became easier. Less or no cystic acne during ovulation for me when I eat these good eggs. And when I need easily digestible food, I just eat the yolks raw. They're DELICIOUS! I've been buying their potatoes and onions for several years, and when I stopped being vegan, their eggs were the first ones I ate. And YES, they've been OPEN through the pandemic and are STILL OPEN. They've kept me fed with good quality food throughout the whole thing. Anyhow, I LOOOVE their yellow potatoes. I can tell they're fresh because they're juicy, easy to cut, cook quickly, and don't need as much oil as dehydrated, old, grocery store potatoes. I don't buy my potatoes anywhere else. They're affordable to me as a single person who loves breakfast potatoes about 4x per week. They last a long time if I'm not in the mood for eating potatoes, too. The onions last FOREVER, and are great quality. I typically buy the bag that has more than 1 pound and cook those with the potatoes and for all my other onion needs. Been a customer for close to 6 years, and figured I should finally write this review.

If you want the best Tortillas in Kern County, go here! Seriously, if you have to take a little…read moredrive it will be worth it, I promise! From the first time I tried their tortillas, I was hooked! They are so authentically delicious, they remind me of my Mother in Law's tortillas from a long time ago, so delicious! Maybe I'm weird, but I think store bought ones have an aftertaste, even the ones that are made on-site, and when you look at the ingredients, you see why! The ingredients in Carnitas Uruapan's tortillas are minimal, like a tortilla should be! The carnitas were delicious, not burnt or dry, perfect! And the Pan Dulce...Sweet, fresh, and huge! My family was pleased! The staff was kind, helpful and seemed actually happy to be working there, which is rare these days, especially on a random Tuesday afternoon. The store was clean and well stocked, organized shelves and easy to spot just what you're looking for! Be careful on your way out, if you're not paying attention you might walk off the high step, there wasn't a railing but thankfully I caught myself, but seriously, that was more my fault and my clumsy nature and the fact that my focus was on the bag in my hand trying to dig out my Cream Cheese & Jalapeño Bollio, so we can eat in the car! I still would have been happy! This trip was worth it!
